Why do you want to be part of the staff team? Must be at least 3 sentences. -After thinking about it, since I've been back, I'm currently motivated by the idea of joining the staff team and get involved once again with the community and the server. I'm a big fan of HL2 and have always found my place in a positive way on the server. I've been a Gamemaster in the past and still have good memories of my experience, but this time I'd like to develop my staff experience further and help out the players. I think I can do my best to help maintain a good gaming atmosphere for all players and meet their needs. My experience as a staff on other servers and as a player on CvR will surely give me the opportunity to contribute to the well-being of the server.

-I didn't consult a staff before applying, so I guess not.
An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do?
-First I'll ask the civilian for his side of the story and then I'll bring the Union to get his. If both stories seem to point to an accident, I'll verbally warn the Union to be a little more vigilant next time. Otherwise, if the Union was doing it on purpose or doesn't know what hes doing. I would explain him the RDM rules on the server and ask him who his trainer was.
Somebody had made a ticket saying they passed Sniper applications and that they need it’s whitelist, how would you proceed?
-I would first confirm this info with a Sniper CO on the server or on discord, to make sure the player can receive the Whitelist.
An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member?
-As far as I know, RP defect is not possible on the server, I would warn the player after TPing him explaining that going rogue is forbidden (This would constitute a Fail RP) unless it happens in the context of an GM event and that it has no long-term RP consequences, and a HECU CO will be made aware of the situation
A ticket alleging spawn-camp has been made, and the offending party is a member of cross who was found inside rebel spawn borders, what is the correct course of action?
-First I'll ask the person who made the ticket for his side of the story, then I'll check with the Cross if he had good reasons to be inside the rebel spawn borders (because I know that Cross can scout). If the Cross was simply there to scout after reviewing logs for an NCO+ permission, there will be no consequences, but if the Cross was in the rebel spawn border without permission , he will receive a warning and a Cross CO will also be notified.
You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this?
I will not try to argue any further with him, I'll first take evidence which I'll then take to a DvL+/Col+, and then he'll also get a warning for breaking Infiltration rules.
A Grid has created a ball that he has encased himself in and is propelling himself forward using the gravity gun, is this breaking any rules?
-Yes, Rule D3 of the server
A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do?
-I would first take evidence as well as their names and steam ids (Screenshot or Rec) to then justify their ban to a staff higher up. (Before doing anything, I'd wait instructions from a higher up).
You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do? -I'd take evidence and bring it to a head staff who could determine if anything wront had been done by the staff member in question. (In any case I am not authorized to act against a higher up, but must follow the chain of command.)
Out of nowhere a random set of numbers resembling an IP has been typed by an NCO has been typed into OOC, what is the correct course of action?
-First i would mute and gag the NCO in question, take evidence (Screenshot) of what was put in chat and send it to a higher up staff to decide what to do next and determine if it's just some random numbers or an actual DOX, and in the meantime let a CO in charge of the NCO aware of what happened.
