I wish to be a part of the staff team because what I see is honestly quite lacking. I used to be an admin on the server about a year ago, but quit in May due to life becoming busier. Now that I'm back on the server, I wish to make a difference by making everybody's experience more fair and fun like I used to. The server means a lot to me, even after a year and a half, and the community means even more.
Why should you be accepted on the staff team?
Like I said before, I used to be an admin on the server. I was not discharged, I just left. I'm active on the server and have a strong sense of justice. I like to make compromises, but that being said, I am not a pushover. I will enforce rules as needed. I also quite enjoy going on duty, giving active staff to the server. I am also very willing to change as needed.
Do you understand that you must change your Steam name to "[DEFN] (Username)" upon getting accepted?
Yes

An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do?
Question the MPF Union. If he says he just wanted to, give an actual warning for RDM. If he says it was an accident in a firefight, give him a verbal warning and if he does it again, give an actual warning, and so on.
An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member?
I would first tell him not to do that. If he continues, I would give him a warning for FailRP.
You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this?
I would tell him that he is not able to do that. If he took action and actually demoted me, I would talk to his higher-ups about it.
A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do?
If they are joking, I warn them that they can get banned for saying that. If it is obvious that they are not joking, I ban them immediately and tell higher-ups.
You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do?
Record proof, ask management about it. Don't intervene.
