Unfortunately, I just got back on the server 3 days ago because of a year being away from it, so there aren't any staff I know of that can vouch for me An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do? Bring the MPF and civilian, and here the story from both of their perspectives. If they match up, and the civi got killed for no reason, I will issue a warn to the MPF. If it matches up, but the civi says they don't care about it that much, I will issue a verbal warning to the MPF, and if it happens again, I will give a warn. If it turns out that the MPF's actions were justified, I will tell the civi that the MPF's actions were justified, and return both of them to their original positions prior to the sit. An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member? I would bring the H.E.C.U Soldier, and tell them that RP defecting is against the rules, and to not attempt it again or it would be a warn. If they attempted it again, I would issue the warn. You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this? I would first disregard the threat, and continue telling them about the fact that they broke a rule. Then, I would report him/her to his/her higher ups to deal with their threat of demoting my in rp character for OOC reasons. A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do? I would first issue a permaban to the people that were threatening to DDOS, and then issue a kick/ban to the people raiding the server. Threatening to DDOS is not acceptable, even if it is a joke. You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do? I would approach them and ask what they were doing. I would then look in the MOTD to see if what they were doing is alright or not. If I find that they are breaking any rules, I would contact a head admin to handle said person.

I honestly don't know you, but I'm a big proponent of these answers, specifically how you emphasize that you don't jump to warn or enact larger punishments. I personally support staff members that can actually interact with members of the community instead of jumping the gun, and I find them to be more effective at their job. I see that in this application, so it's a +1 from me and best of luck to you.
