Mainly, to help players and regulate the server rules, and how the server runs (rule wise), also i enjoy being part of this community and connecting with other players to have a great time. When i play sometimes, there is no staff (frequently in my timezone), so i would like to fill this "gap" by applying.
Why should you be accepted on the staff team? Must be at least 3 sentences. I have been administrator on this server few months ago. I have made alot of mistakes, but i believe i have learned from my past mistakes, and i am ready to be better, and more efficient when staffing, if i get accepted. Furthermore, i have been playing for a while now, so i am acknowledged with the rules.
Do you understand that you must change your Steam name to "[DEFN] (Username)" upon getting accepted? Yes.

An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do? I bring them both into sit, in one of the areas below the map. I ask the what happens, if the following story goes like this: 1.Union has not warned civilian, straight up shot him. I would proceed to warn Union for RDM, since there was no reason for the killing of citizen, I tell him for the next time, that he should firstly warn the citizen, if the citizen does not comply, then he is allowed to kill or detain the citizen (but that is not really recommended by some NPU COs). 2.Civilian has been warned, but did not comply. I tell the civilian, that next time he is ordered by either rebel or combine to for i.e. leave the area, he MUST comply in order to not get killed. 3.Atonomous Judgement is in effect. I tell the civilian, that every combine has the right to kill civilian "without reason" beacuse of anarchist base raid or waht might be the case for AJ activation. 4.Civilian is "helping" the other side. I proceed to explain to the citizen that, if he was helping the rebels calling out combine units, and the said union heard him and killed him, it is the civilians fault for not watching out.
An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member? I warn him verbally (if he doesnt have any previous warns of FailRP), that he is not able to "RP defect", if he wants to play as combine, go play as recruit and build up, and if i see him again doing that, i warn him for FailRP. Also i notify his COs of what happened, since H.E.C.U.s should know this, or anyone in general.
You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this? I tell him, that he has no ability to demote me over OOC thing. Secondly i warn him for broken rules, and immediately notify the DvL, or someone in the higher chain, what this said mace has said and done.
A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do? Totally unacceptable, not even as a joke. Permaban would be fitting, but i believe that as a moderator you dont have that much wide ability. So just ban, copy their SteamID, and notify someone higher in game or pm someone in discord to permaban them.
You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do? I ask someone high in chain i.e. DOP or HA, if the thing is allowed said high ranking staff member is doing.
