I would like to be a part of the staff team because I want to help the people in the community with the problems only a staff can resolve. I like helping people in general. First, I would bring the MPF UNION and ask him why he did it. If he says that he killed him for good reason, I would return him and bring the Civilian for his part of the story. If the Civilian has evidence of the UNION killing him for nothing, I would bring back the UNION and warn him for FailRP. An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member?
I would bring the H.E.C.U, explain to him that he can't enter Combine base without being a scout or infiltration class and tell him to not do that again. You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this?
First , I would start recording the conversation. Then I would tell him that he can't demote my RP character because I'm doing my staff job. And after that, I would send the evidence to his higher-ups. A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.

I would start recording, then I would permanently ban them if I have access, if I don't have, I would send the evidence to the higher-ups to ban them. You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
