2:35 - The sword In coms with me had mentions there was a medic with the EOD but he was not sure where he was, so I kept my sights in the middle of the alley and the store, When the RU came out I tryed to help him finish off the EOD so he could get cover.
5:00 - 5:38 - The sword I was in coms with was feeding me information as to where the RUS were moving, so I was reloading and kept my sight picture low as I knew the RUS where hugging the wall by the bus. That gives me the advantage over them when I spot them.
5:46 - At the time the server was lagging, earlier in the video you can see people complaining about lag, so on my screen this HECU was skipping, So I aimed a little in front of him to try and see if I could lag shoot him before he went behind the wall.

A lot of the video was explained with lag, due to that map having a lot of lag in general and what not it's a reasonable explanation. Most hacked clients will lock-on to the head if visible then the body as a secondary target if the head isn't visible. 1122 has shown his good game-sense and good combat skills and in the clip of the HECU and the RU. Good map knowledge and awareness and making good overall plays doesn't make him a hacker. +1 this as well (disregard if I'm not allowed to +1)
Stop being so delusional with things such as "the aimbot isn't aiming straight to the head, he must be legit", when you trigger the aimbot function on a script, most of the actual clients will scan the player's position with a shootpos eyetrace to see which parts of the body are actually visible or not, it'll always aim to the part of the body that'll hurt the most, so most likely the head, but when the head isn't visible a chain of priority applies to see on which bone the createmove hook should apply, and it'll switch from a bone to another, i.e head -> pelvis.
He does miss shots, yet he perfectly follows the target's path with a slow DPI and a very smooth pattern (which is weird, since you did mentioned that he was playing on a very high sensitivity), the fact that he's missing some shots could be explained by two things, FPS and ping, the functions that are called overall within cheating scripts will really eat out your FPS, ESP/wallhacks are calling hudpaint functions on every single client's tick and aimbots need to actually check some stuff before actually moving your cursor towards the player (team check, visible check, invisible check) and yeah these two things legitimately eat out your fps. About the ping, if everybody on the video had a 20-30 ms ping, this probably wouldn't have happened, very advanced scripts include a prediction system that actually considers some variables such as target's ping, velocity, eyeangles to actually check where's the guy moving, that'll make it so the cursor is ahead of the guy instead of way behind him like we can see on the video. Yet it doesn't prevent the cheater to have very decent KDR.
The banned person isn't the best example of legitness either, it took me like 5 minutes to find out all your alts and most of them have already been banned for cheating on gmod or vacced lol, i found so much shit on you it's insane, your twitter contains dox pastebins, your youtube channel contains cheating tutorials, i mean come on, it wouldn't even surprise me if you were playing CVR on family sharing, the only guy that liked your post is suspicious asf when he plays cvr and I did looked him up a bit on search engines and yes he's already been on other servers for cheating. If you're indeed cheating, stop acting like a jerk that's too proud of himself to admit that he's cheating, it's already been a month, you could just say "yeah i'm a moron, i was indeed cheating sorry for fooling u guys" and idk they'll probably have pity of you and unban you lol
