Because it was unfair. Unfortunately, I didn't clip me killing the friendly but it was extremely quick because I didn't know he would make an admin ticket until like 4 minutes after, you can see the raw footage cut off shortly after I read team chat to hopefully bring it up to an admin if I was brought to a sit.
All I could see was a sniper glint aimed towards at me so I aimed and shot at the glint without actually identifying the target. This is where I said "i thought it was su" as an response to accidentally team killing. There was a reason why I said that and it was placed with no context.
For context, I said that because not even 5 minutes before I was having a sniper battle with a SU where I have killed that sniper SU repeatedly. So I said "it was an SU" because I was referring to that specific SU sniper that I have been battling. The area I was fighting was also heavily contested for a long time.
Overall, it was a genuine mistake on my part and it should rather be an accidental TK like I tried arguing. I was not able to identify the target as friendly because all I saw was a glint and as any sniper should respond they would immediately shoot back the glint if it was looking directly at them because you either get killed or you kill them. And by the time I had taken the shot, I realized it was a friendly OTA staring at me with a sniper rifle.
I also happened to kill him on the same point where I was battling the SU sniper.
Also, I was warned without an admin sit so I couldn't even explain my official side of the story for the record, any other questions I am willing to respond to below.

You seem to have omitted the actual metagame which occurred maybe a few minutes before this, in which you called out an SU and their RIOT disguise in team chat after you died to them.
The image shows that you've taken into account information gained from your previous life, which constitutes NLR (not metagame), which still falls under FailRP.
