Id love to help out the community and the staff team to promote the population on CvR. Also id love to rule out the rule breakers and repeated offenders. Helping out the staff and the community would also help me get more active than i am right now in CvR (I am usually active dw).

No, but maybe i can ask some other staff members. But otherwise currently not.
[*] An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do?:
First id have a talk with the union and ask him to have a talk and well see why he killed the civilian, then i would move onto the civilian and see his side of the story, id ask both for any proof or clips or anything like that to make sure that the union is in the right or wrong, if hes not, id warn him and tell him not to do it again.
[*] Somebody had made a ticket on a Ranger, stating that the Ranger is whitelist abusing. How would you proceed?
Id first get his steam id and ask the OTA CO's to check if hes still in OTA RANGER, If not id take away his whitelist, but if he isnt on that day, id contact some players to dm me/ping me when hes on or i would wait for him to log on, i would also contact other staff and tell them that if they see the ranger, that they should remove his whitelist. If the ranger IS still in OTA, then i would have a talk with the guy who made the ticket and ask him why he suspected of whitelist abusing.
[*] An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member?:
Id first contact the GM's and ask if there is an event so i wouldnt interfere, if not, id tell him that we dont do RP Defect anymore, if he continues, id warn him.
[*] A ticket alleging spawn-camp has been made, and the offending party is a member of cross who was found inside rebel spawn borders, what is the correct course of action?:
Get him out of the spawn borders and ask him why he did it and tell him that doing it is not allowed and that repeating it would cause a warn.
[*] You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this?:
Contact his HIGHER CO's such as CmD/DvL/AIU etc. and tell them about what happened and tell them to handle him as his CO's.
[*] A Grid has created a ball that he has encased himself in and is propelling himself forward using the gravity gun, is this breaking any rules?:
If its for fun purposes and not lagging the game, id let him go. If its lagging the server and its disrupting the gameplay and fairness, id politely ask the GRID to remove the ball, if he dosent wanna remove it, id remove it forcefully and warn him. This is the rule D3 that buildings must follow the laws of physics and if lagging Rule D6.
[*] A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do?:
Gather Steam ID's and immediately ban them, id also immediately contact other staff members and warn the players but not cause panic.
[*] You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.

I would either check the rules to make sure its allowed, or contact another staff member. if its not allowed, id tell him to stop whatever hes doing, if he continues id warn him.
[*] Out of nowhere a random set of numbers resembling an IP has been typed by an NCO has been typed into OOC, what is the correct course of action?:
Immediately mute the NCO to not cause any more leaks and privately contact all the players that day if they have been involved in the accident and see what do we do next. Considering this is very prohibited, warning the member and getting him demoted is the likely scenario.
