I have been a part of this team before and i want to be a part of this team again, the reason is, just like anyone, is that i want to help. im just a man looking to help a server he likes and is willing to give a lot of hours of work and keeping the server under control to not make the server he likes and has played on for a long time not go to shit. and heres a example, most times i get on at morning, theres no admins on. and the times where theres no admins on (some people call it "minge hours".), the server commonly goes to RDM fests and cage fights and so on, and i want to fix that, as i said, im just a man willing to help this server. i mean, i want the server to not go to hell, and the bonus is, when its morning for me, its night for america and the popular states that people play on this server (sorry if i spelled that badly my english is not that good), so when its night for those states, theres commonly no admins on and i would be on at those times so i want to keep the server under control when it isnt, and its fine for me if im the only admin on and i get a lot of tickets. Do you understand that you must change your Steam name to "[DEFN] (Username)" upon getting accepted?

bring them to a sit, bring the killed civ to a sit, tell the civ why he got killed, ask him too, punish the civ or union based on the answer. (not a ban im not talking about banning/kicking them, like a verbal warning and just warn them or something) An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member?
ask if he got permission by admins, if not tell him to stop, if he kills rebels, warn him, if he keeps doing it again, kick, if he keeps doing it again, ban. You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this?
tell him that he cant. Bam, if he actually does it, talk to the PC/SC about it. A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do?
i think that i should ban or kick them instantly if i KNOW FOR SURE, that theyre doing something bad to the server. or tell more admins that are higher ranking or tell sentinel so he can warn the devs and... uh... yknow, other admins. You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do?
i ask him the frick hes doing, if he doesnt answer or do the "not your business" trick, tell a HIGHER ranking staff member. (wtf is up with the font here)
i am not that good in english since i live in turkey so excuse the bad english please.

The staff app has some kinks about it and the 3 warns leading to a ban is bad in my eyes but also the lack of english. I see that there could be potential though so i'll give you a shot
