How would this benefit the server?

Give a fair vehicle that acts as a hunter but different and for rebels.
This has already been suggested by dodgy but it has been left in the dark so im bringing it back up to have it implemented.
Jeep: faster, gun is pretty good, mainly used at medium ranges so it has a good escape options if there's to much fire. (best used when people are funneling in front of it)
Hunter: more agile, guns shreds in cqc and has melee, pretty much useless in anything thats not cqc other than suppressive fire, can fit in tightly packed rooms. Best used in cqc and indoors
Both have their nuances and gimmicks that define what they are.
(1v1 scenarios)
Jeep has the advantage if the hunter is in an open area and far away and depends if the tech knows how to control the delayed crosshair.
Hunter has the advantage if it can get onto uneven ground so the jeep is forced to fallback as it has to have a direct LOS with the hunter.
idk what u mean by a hunter but different but im doing this in assumption you want a something to the hunter

I know, But there aren't really any shooting animations that I can recall for Dog except his grav gun. For it to be a combine hunter it'll at least need to be able to shoot things.
