What do you do? Ask the civilian what they were doing/where they were. If they were in the line of fire or in a restricted area I let them know why it happened and to avoid doing so. If the UNION rdmed for fun or because he misidentified the civ as a rebel then I inform him of his mistake, or warn him that such behavior will not be tolerated. Somebody had made a ticket on a Ranger, stating that the Ranger is whitelist abusing. How would you proceed? I would investigate myself, and if I can confirm, or be shown evidence, proceed with whatever punishment/action is deemed appropriate. An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member? I remove him from the base and inform him if he wants to RP defect that he needs to A. Ask for permission first and B. do the process properly A ticket alleging spawn-camp has been made, and the offending party is a member of cross who was found inside rebel spawn borders, what is the correct course of action? Check kill logs during alleged time period, if I can find the Cross killing someone then I speak to him directly and get his story. I also ask both parties if they have any video evidence. You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this? I inform them that isn't an appropriate action, and inform their superior of this incident, while providing video evidence. I then continue and inform them, again, of the rules of deploying and infilling. A Grid has created a ball that he has encased himself in and is propelling himself forward using the gravity gun, is this breaking any rules? Yes, as it could be considered failrp. It isn't a realistic activity, could propkill, and also cannot be reasonably dealt with by the rebel team within a IC manner A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.

+1 Knows his stuff, other small bits can be changed after learning more about staff procedures. 0 warns 0 bans… I might change this ? (Definitely not going to ask for a share of the 300k credits thanks to combine taskings).
