I rejoined on a friend's account as a union 09 while my actual account was banned for 1 week for being a dumbass with a cabinet Why should you be unbanned?
Well, I think an 11 month ban is a pretty fair timeframe for something like that, also I don't feel that I'm likely to get back into GRID and other than my prop shit I was an upstanding member of the community and provided a lot, other players such as Tower (butch on the discord) or Fortress can both vouch for me in that regard. uhh, I mean... there's not a whole lot to say here, I just want to say that I had made my fair share of mistakes while on the server and at the time I didn't think that what I was doing was damaging to the server because it was during the server's low-player hours, but now I realize that it was setting a bad example for the Commander of GRID to be fucking around with Props.
I figure I should explain that as well. I was being an idiot and thought it would be okay to stick two cabinets together and have them flail around the underground of the combine base, numerous people came to check it out and despite my warnings many of them ran up to it and killed themselves on it. I understand that that was in the end my fault for allowing them to do so in the first place and I realize where I went wrong there to begin with.
I understand if this appeal is thrown out based purely on its age, thanks for looking at it in the first place.
I can vouch to this man to he is good and should be unbanned. He was a pretty good cmd except for the prop abuse but people learn I did the same thing he did and I learned.
I think a permanent removal of ULX Prop Perms would be a fair punishment from what I have heard and seen here, rather than a continued permanent ban for a player who seems apologetic, and probably wouldn't have reached the rank of CMD without some hindsight.
Was permanently banned due to getting around a week long ban. It was clear as day that avoiding a ban by using an alt account will get you permanently banned.
The rules are stated clearly. You shouldnt have used an alt knowing the risk of being caught. You should of just served the week and not find a way around it. Now you face a new punishment of permanent ban.
Our current punishment guidelines don’t have a ban for any count of abuse of ULX permissions. Given that these guidelines are updated to reflect a more appropriate punishment that corresponds to the severity of an offense, I believe that a ban for his offense was unnecessary and should be replaced with the removal (or blacklist if necessary) of his ULX permissions.
Although I cannot speak in his defense for the ban evasion, I believe such an act wouldn’t have been an issue if he hadn’t been banned in the first place. As exorbitant of a punishment as a ban for prop abuse is, I believe he has learned from his mistake and knows better than to avoid punishment in the future.
+1 For his ban to be replaced with a removal of his ULX permissions. I hope you learned from your mistakes. Further punishment shouldn’t be necessary as he has served what would have been his one week ban.

Why should you be unbanned?
