I think he means well. (Allegedly, anyway) In the past, offenders who have been banned for hacking have been unbanned due to their apology or what not. I believe he’s trying to say that since your offense is nowhere near as severe as hacking/cheating, you should be given just a bit more leeway with your appeal.
I think we should unban him. Did he fuck up? Yes. What he did was wrong. But it has been almost a year and he seems to realize that he fucked up. We have let worse people back in so I argue to let him back in. As long as he realizes that he fucked up (Which it seems clear in the post) I think he has served his sentence.
