This used to happen to me alot (electricity goes out all the time) but I would just send a dm to staff so for the future remember to do that (any staff u know is online just shoot him a DM)
u will most likely have to wait anyways because already been a day with no response from any staff

As for the socket, its not that its 'shoddy', but it sits under my desk and in front of my chair, and on more than a few occasions I've either bumped the plug out (being a multi plug that has my PC, monitor etc plugged into it) or hit the switch and turn the socket off with my leg. I'd be happy to show you once I figure out how to post a photo.
