Why should we remove warn/ban? All that happened was I killed a civ / anarchist who was in the middle of my squad because he had killed me in a previous life and I thought he was a threat. I didn’t know this was “metagame” and it only occurred once. I was warned for it and allowed back into play for nearly another hour until I got off to eat, and when I returned I was banned. I feel a ban for this is completely extreme and unjust given the circumstances.
Evidence/Other: this was my first warn. I am a dedicated and overall good player on the server. I don’t understand why I have to be banned for something so small and incredibly inconsequential.
If you were banned while you were away, you probably got captured by a MP and since you were afk when he wanted to interrogate you, he thought you were failRP'ing
My suggestion is, if you want to go afk for a moment, do it so in base or in a place where nobody goes, that way you have some leeway of not getting killed or captured
I know this from experience since i had it happened to me but had the excuse of family issues that I had to take priority irl than in game, both the MP and staff understood this and let me go without a warning. Again this is my case but there are other reasons why

Scratch what I said, what actually happened is cuz meta game and NLR fall under failRP, which leads to 1 day ban, ngl that should be the same thing but I'm not the one making rules

He was warned twice for the same thing from what I gather, cause 1x is only a warn, x2 is the ban
PS; If you were warned for 1x rdm and 2x failrp then Idk, seems unfair regardless getting 2 warns from 1 single case
Given the addition of the NLR rule to the MOTD, taking information from your previous life does no longer fall under Metagame (well, also because it simply is not Metagame according to the definition, since what happened in your previous life was not OOC). As such, the metagame FailRP warning, along with the RDM warning will be retracted (your warn will be changed to a FailRP x1 for the NLR, and your ban will be lifted).
Would like to remind all of you to stay up to date on the MOTD rules as much as possible. Doing something as simple as that can most probably save you from trouble one day.
