Why should we remove warn/ban? I was not hacking I use a crosshair that's built with my monitor so I use the presets crosshair's that allow me to use I been using the crosshair's on my pc for a while even when I play Xbox and all I have proof of how I play on Xbox and the same applies when I hop on pc games so when I went AFK to handle some stuff with my dog I was got for about 15 to 25+ mins to come back to a ban I do not hack or any of that the only thing I may do I find glitches to play around with and everything but you can look up my montoir by typing in Gameplus Asus monitor and plus I just donated like a day or two ago.

any form of 3rd party software that IS NOT WITHIN GMOD is used to an advantage, it's considered hacking.

just like macros, built in or not, if it's something that gives you an unfair advantage through the use of 3rd party software and/or hardware, it's considered hacking.

External crosshairs are fair game and always have been (just reconfirmed this with sentinel at time of posting)

As for the ban joker, (talking from vast experience) unless the evidence is super bad or you have recordings of you playing just before your ban it’s gonna be hard for you to get unbanned. If you have a plethora of other cod or other game clips it may help but that’s all up to staff.

.....it's a crosshair gmod has them most people do not use them but I would understand if I went on the internet and downloading something but if someone puts a clear piece of tape on their screen and put a dot on it for a crosshair is that hacking

Hi there. I'm the staff that gathered the evidence and performed the ban. 
The videos I recorded shows you clearly locking onto people and tracking them. In other words, aimhacking. 
This had nothing to do with a crosshair.

i have one program that allows me to zoom in and out and tracking i been playing console doing tracking and when I did comp games

that's still an external source assisting you, which is considered cheating, and not allowed.
regardless if that's really what it is, it's still a cheat. (but the aimlock is obvious)
