There was banter taking place in /ooc about Katarina being, in fact, a male. Multiple people were doing it in chat and despite me being at the tail end of it, he picks me in particular to be muted. Then I was banned for 3 days over a 5 minute mute because I left the server for a minute to get some food, under the impression that Katarina permamuted me for single insult for the entire duration of me being on the server. He made zero attempt to convey that the mute was only 5 minutes and made zero attempt in the slightest to give me instruction to change any behavior before the mute. When I rejoined he immediately, as in seconds into joining the server, immediately got me into a sit and banned me after a short discussion.
I think he's letting his personal biases get in the way of players playing the game and is using the most infinitesimal and inane justification to get me banned for three whole days, it's ridiculous. If you want further context I've talked to Ikea-Chan already about this.
Evidence/Other:
Any and all chatlogs between me and Katarina between the last hour or two.
Also, there was a complete inability for me to talk to admins as I immediately tried to use the @ command after my mute and either nobody responded to my message or it didn't go through because my message would not show up in the chatbox.

Instead of waiting it out you decided to leave and rejoin the server to avoid the mute, which is considered LTAP, leaving to avoid punishment in case you didn’t know. Hence forth while you claim others should have been punished you were chosen. Due to you not deciding to be patient and wait out the mute, which you could have asked in @ since that still works while muted, the punishment stands and this appeal is now closed and moved. --
You're pretending like I was continually harassing a staff member over and over again and I didn't, I said one thing and moved on from it after I saw Katarina /ooc for everyone to chill out. Then he goes and mutes me, and I got banned over a fucking misunderstanding. It's clear to me that Katarina and many people in management really don't give a fuck unless it's about their little clique.
Really, you made a 2nd post. Give it up man at this point you are just prolonging this longer than it needs to be. You are in the wrong because you didn’t actively try to clear up the situation yourself, if you were so desperate you would’ve done so. Yeah OOC calmed down, or at least that’s what you say, but you were the end of the chain so Staff need to do their duty and end something.

I've already explained to you I was not even at the end of the chain, other people were rounding off the banter as well and I wasn't even the last person to do it. Again, personal biases got in the way and the chatlogs will prove what I'm saying is true. I shouldn't even have to go through this lengthy process just to play a fucking Gmod gamemode.
You left the server, you didn’t even try to clarify it yourself. I know you shouldn’t have to but if you read the MOTD you would know that you can’t LTAP, you even said it yourself that you were leaving to get yourself unmuted. You could’ve went AFK, went to staff chat, and have the mute removed but you left to rid of it.
Posting another appeal immediately after being denied in a first place, really? Is that all you can come up with?
You've clearly tried to avoid a punishment by reconnecting, which led to even more severe punishment. Now you're acting like a child who can't live with consequences. Therefore, you shall stay banned. Also, I highly suggest you not to make another appeal because it can result in a forum ban as well.
