1. Nightcore is shit change my mind
2. You recorded in Sandbox and were not on at the time of ban. Meaning you can just no inject the cheat.
3. Something called "Toggling" you can toggle ESP, Aimbot ETC
4. Hacking and snapping is completely different from Regular snaps. Hacking snaps are instant with no buffer.
Finally 5. The montage doesn't show anything. Its small cuts and clips not full video or 3rd party programs.

All of are saying his evidence is shit but what do you expect, people rarely record all of their gameplay for no reason, basing an entire argument off that is kinda weak

Soooo uhhh if he can prove he can snap with his recording on perfectly fine I dont see a problem. Let him even live stream in this case if its not enough. Considering anyone could do it with enough time and effort put in to the game and to add up to this case. I played against him yesterday. if he was hacking he surely would have noticed me RIGHT BESIDE HIM. This probably finna get me on the watch list but idc I got recording so... I can snap on people as well and I dont have hacks.  

I am not trying to brag on my game skills and sorry if I did, but I am just trying to point out that if a 3 second clip shows someone ''snapping'' on someone is hacks then you guys gotta get your shit straight. -1 The "evidence" provided has no relevancy to the situation as well as the original proof is well beyond a reasonable doubt, many cheats have ways to hide from recording, and you could have easily toggled in sandbox. The evidence that he can flick from his perspective is not nearly enough bc it is not at the extreme as doing a 90 degree turn back and forth in 10 frames. You even look back to see who you killed, if you flick to someone and flick back why would you look at them again unless you were surprised by it or it was an accident? Almost like you didn't mean to hit your aim key.
