So there is a stalemate here. Nancy Peloci (Speaker of the House [D-CA]) is holding the trial paperwork until a promise of impartiality (Good chance that won't happen) and or he gets voted out. So there is about 5 options.
1. Trial never happens.
2. Sham trial happens and Trump is not removed.
3. Impartiality agreement made and Trump has a good chance of removal (No matter your thoughts on the issue failing to respond to a Congressional Subpoena is a felony and he ordered that among his associates. This is Article II of the impeachment)
4. Election happens and Trump is just voted out of office.
5. Trump wins election but Mitch McConnell (Senate Majority Leader [R-KY]) doesn't making the trial much less in Trump's favor.

Donald Trump: I am the senate.
Congress: no the fuck you aren't
Donald Trump: It's treason then...
Congress: no the fuck it isn't lmao.
