I want to be apart of the staff team because well, I have a want to help people on the server. I've always enjoyed being a staff member, but irl issues / other stuff always backed me out of it. I always liked dealing with issues and talking to people, because it never gets boring because it seemingly gets more interesting. I think I should be accepted to the staff team because of my past ULX experience. Grasping the idea of ULX especially the targeting is important, and I have done that. I am also a pretty active person, and I like dealing with community issues between players, in a friendly manner. I'm a pretty fair and unbias person as well. I'll reference to the rulebook at every sit as well, so I don't make any mistakes. Basically, I'd try my best to make sure I don't make any mistakes, or be unfair at any time. What do you do? I bring the civilian into a sit and ask him what happened. I take his side of the story, check logs, etc. I then bring the MPF UNION into a sit, while returning the civilian, and ask him why he killed him. I'll most likely give him a verbal warning, but if it's a high rank they know better, so possibly a warn. An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member? Warn the HECU Soldier for FailRP and contact his COs. You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this? I contact the SU/MACE CO's higher up and tell him what happened. I then instantly void the RP character demotion, and tell him that it is a must to announce to team chat while infiltrating. Then I warn him for FailRP, I believe. A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do? Ban as many as I can for the longest time I can and contact Sentinel, or any higherup online about the issue. DDOS's threats aren't taken lightly. You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.

I contact Joe (PS) and gather evidence about what he is doing. Or, alternatively, I ask the staff member what he is doing, and if it's a valid reason, I leave him be.
