Why should you be unbanned? The evidence used against me, in my opinion atleast was poor, I'll get to explaining it later. My shadowplay did not pickup my POV of this due to the event happening longer than 10 minutes before my ban, but I still have the 10 minutes prior to my ban recorded. I should have been streaming the incident but my encoder in OBS decided to update to the (new) variant (I don't know if it changed or if it was always like this but after I changed it back to a previous setting my livestreams (which were previously not considered live) were considered live again.) which resulted in my livestreams not being uploaded to my youtube channel before July 6th. I have roughly 35 streams (all 2-5h in length atleast) uploaded dating from June 22nd to July 6th, these have been sent to Daniel. Note. There may be a slim chance a very very slim chance that the livestreams that are missing are being uploaded but very slowly due to their size, but as I see it this is very unlikely.

As seen in the video Messiah drops down from above me and either I, the server or him lags causing me to lag into the wall, I then return to my previous position which was facing forwards at head level and begin shooting Messiah who missed majority of his shots due to me teleporting inside of the wall, I ultimately kill him in 5 shots. 1st hit: 113/203 out of 125/250 - Possible headshot maybe body
2nd hit: 88/105 - Possible headshot maybe body
3rd hit: 77/105 - Foot/Leg
4th hit: 74/49 Leg/Lowerbody
5th hit: dead - Presumably headshot My first and second shots may have been headshots but could've been bodyshots but I'm unaware as I had just bought the Lynx at 23:20 BST. (roughly)
My third and fourth shots are most likely leg or feet hits due to me crouching
My fifth shot i'm assuming was a headshot which killed him from 74/49.
For those of you who don't know the Lynx has 40 damage for its base with 800 RPM which is why I'm inconclusive on the first two shots
Now personally I don't see how this is conclusive evidence that I am hacking, compared to my previous ban which had 4-5 clips that incriminated me this time around its one clip where lag seems to play a large part in the incrimination
Also to address something that happened after my ban which makes me look incredibly bad, I do not and will never condone the use of a lagswitch or anything similar and I beg that the user either steps forward or doesn't use it again.

How odd it is that all of the sudden your OBS didn't pick up your perspective despite having no difficulties livestreaming hours of your whole experience with CvR, but thank god you sent all that unhelpful footage that has nothing to do with your ban to Daniel to try to make anything of it.
I also find it very unfortunate that either the server decides to stutter or someone else conveniently flips the lagswitch just in time for you to get into a fight where you're at a clear disadvantage and you're able to get your bearings almost immediately in order to flick back to him and turn the battle around, despite teleporting into the wall facing the wrong direction. But hey, that might not be as disorienting as it sounds.
These strange coincidences happening all at once in this HORRIBLE proof video, I can definitely see how it might make you look like a hacker, despite being innocent. I do hope the user responsible turns himself in for toggling his lagswitch with such perfect timing that it made this whole situation much more confusing.
