Why should we remove warn/ban?
I RDM 1 time. The other times were an accident. Civ was walking around on the point while i was fighting a combine.

TL;DR - +1 for shortening the ban, I feel that 6 weeks is too harsh for what happened. -1 for outright removing it.

Full Opinion:


There is a lot of information left out from the appeal. This is my side of the story (I am the person who was RDMed 4 times). I was playing as an anarchist, and what would happen is I would kill Bouff (playing on his TooDrunkToFuck character), and then he would come back and kill me (breaking NLR to remember that I had a weapon). This happened at least once (Venom and Sanders can confirm that logs prove this; the death happened on the G point). 

I was killed once in a valid fashion on the E point, but I was invalidly killed another 3 times, due to "being mistaken for combine". This would be believable if it only happened once, but I really don't believe that I was mistaken three times, especially after I was RDMed the first time. However, I'm willing to give Bouff the benefit of the doubt since he has good conduct while on the server. I'm aware that even if the kills are mistakes they are counted as RDM, which is part of the reason that I don't think that this should be a 6-week ban.
