Why should you be unbanned?: I was a regular VIP player on CvR a couple years ago but ended up quitting under the assumption that the server shutdown/died because it disappeared from my favorites list in-game one day. Recently I popped onto the forums to see people still discussing the server & took a look at the discord to see it was still insanely active but i'm unable to actually see the server on my server browser or directly connect to it through the GameTracker link (https://www.gametracker.com/server_info/...120:27015/), it just gets stuck at connecting. I definitely think I'm banned for some reason as everyone else can connect but me. I even tried to see if the server would show up on my brothers computer and my living room computer but no dice there as-well.

Well, you're on the ban list, and it seems to be a permanent ban since you were last on a while ago. Can you recall any reason why you were banned?

I'm not entirely sure... The only situations I remember involving a kick/ban on my part around that time were the few times I killed invisible MACE units without in-character knowledge and had an attitude about it with the responding admin. Do not recall anything crazy enough to warrant a permanent ban though.

I mean they kinda need to prove they weren't hacking, or show that the staff team's evidence was complete crap.

I don't ever recall receiving a ban message for hacking I mean, I'm not exactly sure how to prove I'm NOT hacking, I was banned like a month or two (or more, can't remember since i don't know the date of my ban) prior to that ban for the reason "hacking" as-well and had it overturned immediately by sentinel & phoenix because nobody knew exactly who did it since nobody would fess up when asked. I was told that the admin who banned me wasn't even allowed to ban me in the first place without first confirming that i was actually hacking. I still have the logs if need be confirming that.
