I have been playing on this server for over a year now and thus im really interested in becoming a part of the staff team, not only because I wanna help out the server but also because of my own position within the Rebel ranks, thus I wanna take more responsibiltiy as member of the community. What do you do? The highest possibility of what happened might be most likely crossfire, as in many cases, people rarely make tickets for them if it was accidential. If a ticket is made I would act and give the Union 1x RDM warning Somebody had made a ticket saying they passed Sniper applications and that they need it’s whitelist, how would you proceed? First I would ask any Sniper CO thats on the server, if that isnt the case I check the Rebel Discord subdivision channel to check if that person has actually passed the application, if so I would give them the whitelist. In case I dont see any logs of said person I would refuse An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member? This HECUs action is considered as FailRP, therefore I would warn the HECU accordingly and contact their COs about what happened. A ticket alleging spawn-camp has been made, and the offending party is a member of cross who was found inside rebel spawn borders, what is the correct course of action? If the said CROSS was moving in Base borders I would ask him if it wasnt just a normal scouting mission and tell the rebels who made the ticket. If the cross does anything that affects the gameplay of the Rebels within their Base i would warn him and contact their COs about it. Depending on severity I would await further punishment You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this? Proceed with the session as normal since the responsibility as Staff goes over anything else and punish them accordingly. After that I would contact their respective CmD/Major and tell Leadership/Overlook about it as well. A Grid has created a ball that he has encased himself in and is propelling himself forward using the gravity gun, is this breaking any rules? Yes, it is against the building rules of the server, therefore I would warn the Grid accordingly to the rule breaks. A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do? Grab the SteamIDs of the players and ban them as long as possible with my current ULX, then I would tell higher ULX members about what happened so they can Perman ban them. You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do? I would ask the staff what he is doing and if it is legal. Out of nowhere a random set of numbers resembling an IP has been typed by an NCO has been typed into OOC, what is the correct course of action?
Bring the NCO to a sit and would check if the IP address is a legit one and warn/ban them accordingly. If its only a Joke IP that doesnt ressemble an actual one I would still verbally warn them, depending on severity.
