Warn/Ban Reason: For Mass RDM during Wolffe's speech.
Why should we remove warn/ban?
Personally, I feel like it's an unnecessary ban due to the fact everyone in the said area wasn't playing, we're all listening to Wolffe's stepping down speech and we were all paying our respects. GM were shelling (Or maybe it was grid) killing everyone anyways. Game Master drops a artillery thing from the pack and so I got on it and shot the whole group because, it's not really a time of being serious and everyone isn't doing anything as this was right outside the base on Stalker. While I wont sit here and act like it's 100% okay, but it wasn't disrupting a DB or being an intrusion to anyone's experience at that time. Like I previously mentioned, we're Celebrating Wolffe's time. Everyone was doing weird things. To be fair, they did kill like 3x the amount of people you did with the shells they brought down.
If you're getting 6 weeks for MRDM, the GM's in question should get it too.
MRDM is MRDM but there was no ill intent.
As said above by the other two, the action is not one that should be endorsed (though is commonplace and engrained in CvR culture for the meme of it which is probably a problem - and I don't even have to cite this cause everyone knows what I am on about), but it didn't impact anyone negatively aside from slightly changing their KDR.
Nor did anyone complain to my knowledge after it happened.
Plus, Wolffe's having a send-off from DvL after years on the server, stupid stuff is going to happen, especially when an older player like Cerri sees a newer thing like the gredwitch emplacements during the chaos of the speech (see the references to the GM shelling).
+1 for either an unban or ban reduction, because while MRDM is MRDM, no actual negative effect to the server came from it.

This is really bad, and I feel like this should be the thing that changes MRDM enforcement going forward.
When RDM is only a 9 second time out, and enforcement STILL isn't fairly done, I feel like there needs to be a reduction in ban time for MRDM. This is getting ridiculous. Longtime players are getting 6 week bans for dicking around. 6 weeks is enough to permanently seperate them from the playerbase, find something new to do.

GM notoriously bomb the fuck out of players with no repercussions whereas you are treated differently due to not being a GM.
