What Region are you located in? What's your timezone?
I am located in the the United States of America (NA) and I live on the East Coast (EST)

Previous Punishments?
I have 2 warns. One for FailRP, and one for RDM by Soldado that was questionable

What's your reason for becoming Gamemaster?
I have a couple reasons for becoming a gamemaster. The first one being I want to help out with the anarchist project. To my knowledge there are only 2 gamemasters actually contributing and doing events, and I would like to raise the count for 3. Another reason I want to become a gamemaster is to incorporate everyone into most of the events I do. Most events I see are only just a select group of the first arrivals or first people to type something in chat participating. I want to make sure that everyone gets to experience my (hopefully) good event ideas.

Have you ever been Event Staff or anything similar on other servers? If so please list below.
Gamemaster (Vita Nova Warhammer40k)
Head Gamemaster (StarwarsRP that I forgot the name of)

Explain how you take criticism from other people, from constructive to border-line harassment.
So here is some context. Back when I was a GM I used to make a criticism tracker. Every time a participant or another GM gave me a piece of feedback I would right it down. Before doing the event and planning it out I would always try to study my notes, and try not to make the same mistakes. So to answer the question I take criticism with open arms. But when it goes from criticism to harassment and disrespect I do not take that lightly. I would go to HGM Shark, making sure to get the persons SteamID, ingame name, and screenshots or video of what he said.

A Combine CmD has openly expressed their distaste for an event you're doing at that moment. It has gotten to the point where he is actively disrupting your event. What is your course of action?
As long as the CmD does not take it as far as to disrupt the event and ruin it for everyone else, then I shall remain silent and continue on. But if he is actively disrupting the event to a point where its not playable, I would have a staff warn him for Disrupting an Event.

A Resistance Fighter starts PMing you with some questions about a recent event you've done. However, because you were AFK, he has started harassing you. What is your course of action?
Calmly explain how I was AFK, and then answering the questions and criticisms that the RF just had.

What are GM's permissions both inside and outside of events?
Out of events, Gamemasters are only to take staff tickets if absolutely necessary. But regarding when an event is proceeding, they take charge in running the event and telling the participants what to do. (Think I may have misunderstood this question a bit)

You are hosting an important Post-Event DB and all of a sudden, the CO's ask you to leave so they can do their DB and exclude yours. What is your course of action?
Going along with my whole enjoyment for everyone code of conduct, I would delay the DB until the COs say they are done. Once they are done I shall do my own DB, explaining what went on in the event and all of that.

A Gamemaster who said he would be assisting you in an event later on today hasn't shown up and now the event is running behind schedule. What should you do?
Firstly I would check if he is on discord and ping him. If he doesn't respond I would check to see if there are any other GMs on at the moment. If I am the only one on I would have to do my best to try and improvise a way to do it alone.

After getting a green light on an event, you notice there are 3 vehicles deployed at once. It is causing a little lag, what is your course of action?
Whoever has the second vehicle, I would tell them to un-deploy using @@. If they don't listen I would remove it using a toolgun.

What's the process GM's take before making events, from start to finish. (This is what YOU think)
Planning Phase: Planning an event is just as important as doing it in game. Without a proper story and direction to follow you waste a lot of the time thinking what will happen next.

Discussion Phase: This is the part where you find out if it will truly work or not. Get some opinions from your fellow GMs and ask them how you think it will work
Visualization Phase: Think how its going to play out. What are you going to say, do? What will the players being doing? Think of a couple possible outcomes then try to visualize how the best outcome can happen
Event Phase: This is when you actually do the event. Do some last minute finalizing and make sure everything is in order. Then proceed onward with your event plans.

A Resistance Captain is openly criticizing your event when he isn't in the event itself. It has gotten to the point where he is interrupting your important adverts relating to the event. What should you do?
Tell a staff to warn the captain for Interrupting an Event.

How often do you think GM's should host events?
I actually do not think there should be a cap for how often GMs should host events. Since they are optional and you don't have to participate in them, I don't see a problem.

List three events that you might do if you get accepted (DETAILED AND BE ORIGINAL) [Campaigans and RP Situations are EXCLUDED]
Multicolor 7 Siege
I have never seen an event based of R6S, and I would like to be the one to pioneer that. Two teams of 5 will face off in the staff lounge with unique abilities. The defending team will have to defend a bomb and the attackers will have to defuse it. Each participant is allowed to choose an operator from the link in chat. Once the teams are set up and the equipment handed out it the attacking team will move to their spawn point, and the defending team to their spawn point. The defenders will have one minute to prep and set up. In that one minute, the attackers will locate bombs and the positions of the enemy using manhacks. Once the one minute is up the attackers will enter the building and locate the bombs. The attackers can win one of two ways. They can either defuse the bomb or eliminate all defenders. The defenders can win by either defending the bomb from the attackers until the time is up or eliminating all attackers.

Hey! Catch That Guy
Another GM will be required for this event. The combine will be informed of a man who killed 2 MPF UNION and an officer that is on the run. The GM will begin running from his starting point to the end point, and every 30 seconds an advert will be put out giving a non-exact location of the killer. If they fail to catch him and he reaches the sewers (the final destination) they have failed the event. Now that probably sounds pretty basic and not fun right? Well I forgot to mention that the gamemaster will be encouraged to hide and take cover, giving it more of a hide and seek feel to it. This more a combine based event, but the resistance can help the runner if they please.

That's How Mafia Works
A group of 5 anarchists/civilians only known as the Russian Mafia has committed a murder up in one of the apartments. It is the Resistance's job to find out who they are, where they are, and why they killed the man and what they want. The rebel's will be informed that the body is in one of the apartments. Once they locate the body they will be informed of his appearance, and any other details relevant to the murder. It is then up to them on which task they want to tackle first. If they try to find more clues about the murder, then I will be sure to roll alongside them to see if they pick anything up. If they try to find the Russian mafia they then will be given some minor intel about the location. This is more a rebel based event, but the combine can help out the mafia if they please.

Neutral

Clash, as much as I like you, I don't honestly think this app is amazing. The answers to most questions are fine, and have some details. So why neutral?

Your events are kind of pitiful. Having an event based around Rainbow Six Siege is kinda stupid. If I wanted to play R6S, I'd just go boot up the game on Steam and play it there. Also, basing entire events around Anarchists really doesn't make good events, at least, I have yet to see a good event based around anarchists. Another point I'd like to make is that you calling GMs inactive, really won't help your case here. Sure, most are pretty inactive, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. However, most good events, take a lot of thought and creativity put into them. The events you listed also don't really have any details about rules, rewards, or anything else. While I admit, the hide and seek one is a nice twist on just...well, hide and seek in general. I still don't believe its enough to warrant a +1. One final thing, the whole idea of not having a cap for events really doesn't work. Since if you do events every day, or even twice a day, no one will want one. And when a GM thinks of a really cool event, and has put a lot of thought in and time to set it up, no one will want to do it since you over-saturated the server with events.

It's ok, but the events really turn me off.

I understand that not everyone likes to do big story RP events but it'd be nice to have some more events which incorporate HL2 lore, it's story, etc, into it, rather than just OOC side-events that break your suspension of disbelief.

Honestly Walse has already stated most of what I feel so yeah.

+0.75 You are clearly inspired and have a true passion for this, that being said you mentioned you wanted to do full server events and yet all i saw in your event ideas were exclusive ones. First 10 people, combine only, resistance only. In addition you mentioned you would remove a vehicle which costs resources to a faction. Overall i say we give him a shot under eval.

DENIED

So I'm just gonna go ahead and scrap the entire thing and reapply in two weeks. This will also give me time to think of better answers and better events for the app. I could just edit the application but I don't think that is really fair. Thank you to all that replied, I really appreciate it.

Its probably for the best. Though I think you have a lot of potential. Its just your events holding you back mostly

The problem is that most event ideas have been done to death like the supply drop, or dodgeball (because there are so many GM apps). The key (in my opinion) isn't putting a spin on these ideas, its creating entirely new and original ones. And in regards to my whole "wanting to include everyone" that was really really dumb of me to say, considering when I got up to the part where I was thinking of events I couldn't think of anything that would include everyone, and hasn't already been done. I could have put down a supply drop based event, where instead there are some anarchists defending them. But I didn't, because that is boring. I want to do something creative, something that has never been done before and doesn't relate to any events already pasted on applications. But it appears that backfired in my face a little.
