Previous Warns? I have had 2 warns, one for Fail RP (Rule 2 x1) by Vytal which I am and should be held totally accountable for. My other warning was from Soldado for TK/RDM x1 and is kind of questionable. I ran over a resistance fighter with an APC because he ran in the way. Don't play in the street kids, it could get me warned.

Why do you want to be part of the staff team? I want to be a staff member for 2 simple reasons. One, I love the idea of helping out this great community that I have been a part of for some time. And secondly, I want to make my job and everyone else's job in Affairs easier. We have had a lot of cases based around false warns, false kicks, and even false bans. And yes, sometimes the admins are still entirely right in the decision to ban/kick/warn but it would never hurt to get a better grip on things.
Why should you be accepted on the staff team?
I should be accepted on to the staff team because I am well in touch with the community and I have been here for a fairly long time (not as much as others but still a significant amount). I get along with a lot of people on the server, and there are some exceptions (I won't name people but you can probably guess who) and I am unbiased when it comes to server decisions. If you break the rules, you deserve the punishments you are handed out. I also know not to just warn someone without looking more into the situation. If an UNION 09 comes up to me talking about how that Rotardery guy is a hacker because he killed me I know to look into the situation further. One person's word is never enough evidence, especially against claims that would give that person a ban.
Do you understand that you must change your Steam name to "[DEFN] (Username)" upon getting accepted?
This part I partly disagree with, but if its absolutely necessary I will do it .

An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do?
As the UNION is most likely new, I would explain why you don't kill civilians, and generally the rules of RDM and FailRP with SU/Maces. This would also come with a verbal warning.
An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member?
As defecting is now not allowed a 3-day ban and a warn for FailRP would be given out by me to the HECU.
You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this?
I would still carry out with the punishment. I would also talk to their CO about his/her/its actions breaking the rules and threatening demotion.
A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do?
Go into the staff chat in discord, get someone who has the power to ban (I'm pretty sure TMODs can't ban people) while kicking the players.
You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do? I would kindly ask them if what they are doing is allowed, or consulting other members of the staff team if they are on. If they were abusing there powers, I would tell the STL or HAs.
This is the part where I would put some shit like an edgy quote or an ebic thank you message! but that shit is so oversaturated that its lost it's point. But if you do read this I respect you whether you -1 it or +1 it.
The application is good, I don't see much wrong with it. Nothing wrong with getting a more in-depth look of what you're usually dealing with on the Affairs aside.

Not all unions are new and it lacks the explanation of what you would do about "If he's not new." Overall it's a good application.

+1 Personally he is a good member of affairs I think he would do amazing in server staff and personally is non-toxic all the problems have already been stated
