Why should we remove warn/ban? Honestly it was the 3rd time getting kidnapped by a Jury and I just didn't want to deal with it, I knew it would get banned but I thought it would be for a day or two at most. now that I know how long the ban times are on this server it wouldn't happen again.

The ban appeal system is for bans you feel are unjust, however you just stated that you knowingly, and intentionally broke the LTARP rule, because you “thought it would be a day or two at most.”
I urge you to reflect on why LTARP, especially in the situation of a capture, might be damaging to other people and their progression, think JURY needing to fulfil a cap requirement etc, and when you are unbanned, think of the consequences before you take an action, and don’t assume that it’s fine to do something just because you think the punishment is acceptable.
Furthermore, understand that apologies and “it won’t happen again” is never a good argument. You’re discussing a current event, and a current punishment, not the future, you’re approaching this with the incorrect attitude, and seeing as you feel it’s okay to break rules because you feel like it and it’s a light punishment, I suggest you take the ban time to reconsider that attitude, assuming your appeal is denied.
