Explain the bug:
A: Of course everyone knows this but I'll make the official report that the crossbow doesn't interact with shields, allowing front-line shield-bearing classes to be instantly killed from the front while at full health/armor and shieldhp.

A: In the first age, in the first battle.  When the shadows first lengthened.

this is a feature..the crossbow is supposed to do this.

It's supposed to? Why? Will the combine get a similar anti-shield weapon as well?

i dont really see the problem w it, crossbow is a projectile so takes more skill to hit

combine also probably wont get a similar weapon because thats part of recons niche

Crossbow is a very funny gun, sure it counters shields but nobody realized that it has no damage drop off, only the projectile drop, which means you can run rampage and snipe someone across the view range without them noticing, or better yet, blind fire at someone's estimate position

Not only that but properly utilizing special arrows for specific situations can win you an encounter
