Also a little insight on MP HVY: Shane made it be as it is today, you can either thank or blame him, I don't really care tbh, but I did see MP CO's do MP HVY tryouts for MP's so it's not just dependent on divisional currency (also I'm planning on being in MP HVY just max out the lmg, das really it)
We should not need to have many MP HVY on normally, but considering this situation we really need more to try and balance things.
But thats one small aspect. And ragnarok hit pretty much all the nails.
A small nail left remaining; is activity. As well as getting players to be on each side evenly. Otherwise you'd get your experience of game. One sided, and kinda tiring, and makes you feel like quiting.
Once a single divisions team pops off, the sever feels the weight of it. (Unions and fighters included)
Usually rebels have the CTA or even announcements for deployment. (From my last known knowledge about them)
Combine sort of have something like that, but to COs that dont do much, and so NPU & EOWR have been actually active.
Hi I am the current EOWR CMD, I hear your points but I must say this, as the CMD of EOWR I am usually never gone to by the Rebels on these matters, I have only ever been approached by Rebel enlisted and that's a few times at best, on our defense EOWR usually hold themselves back and stay as a group to not overrun the field which sometimes I even force undeployment completely when things get too much, now as for the nightlord comment I don't know if that is true or not personally as this is the first I am hearing of it, right now EOWR have low CW, normal speed mostly and one singular weapon that has no sight or stability attachments, only 4 different firemodes also with no utility, 700 HP is from an old era which still holds up to this day, EOWR do get shit on, often, usually when the Rebels work together and coordinate themselves to counter us and our movements, so much so that there are points we outnumber them but still cannot do anything, it is not the class itself but the teamwork that both sides use that gain the advantage, it is why we require our squads to stay together and work off of each other, we try to keep things fair which is something I have tried to ensure since my first day as CMD however there have been many times EOWR have been blamed for unfairness when in reality only one or two were deployed in a playercount of 30v30 for example which makes reports of unfairness hard to deal with sometimes as people are pushing blame onto others just for playing a class sometimes like how Combine do with LVET or HECU, Overall the class itself is not what is stopping you, it's the teamwork and coordination, just as it is the same for us when we falter, and to back this up there have been plenty of times the server was dominated by rebels with a lower playercount just because they were more organized than Combine, which I am sure people in here can back up. To finish up I as the CMD of EOWR am usually never gone to about EOWR matters, people go above me which then trickles down as a conversation from overlook about the matter which by then it has already passed due to the time it takes. If you want instant results have your CO's report to the CO's of EOWR to which we will then try and be fair about, however this will only work if people actually come to us, my discord is quex1873 and I am free to DM anytime for EOWR matters.

It's hard to near impossible to get enough "teamwork" to face down and even survive a group of 3+ EOW rushing objectives, we have nothing equivalent of the same HP and weaponry that can freely run and do whatever they want on the map.
If you want to actually do something instead of waiting for complaints, enforce slot limits based on how many rebels / combine are online. Example if the numbers are equal allow 1-2 EOW max, and for each 3-5 extra rebels you can have 1 EOW to try to compensate. You have almost zero deployment rules, there's only one if there are 10+ more combine on than rebels but that happens only on dead hours so it will never really apply.
But when our numbers are equal, or even some cases where there are more combine on you have 5+ EOW on it's not going to do anything more besides cause frustration and spite between people, remember it's a PvP server and if you don't balance things as best as you can it will slowly degenerate into people just waiting and using every opportunity they have to stomp the other faction down.
This whole situation will create a vicious circle. How? Next ocassion the rebels will be above the combine and they will be asked to tone it down and give them a chance, they will remember the overEOW deployments and instead do the opposite, the combine will do the same and we will be stuck in a vicious and toxic circle.
Open up a discussion with the other CO's and find some middle ground, by what you stated and what I've seen there's always been a lack of communication between the two factions, I understand it's a PvP server but we gotta see the bigger picture here. If there are balance issues we can try to help, some of us sometimes even switch to combine to try to make it as fair as possible, but how it's happening right now does nothing more than kill anyone's fun vibe.
Personally when I returned I said that I was just gonna play and not even involve myself as an NCO, just have fun, but beleve me these last 2 weeks when I returned have almost pushed me to leave.

The EOW in question admitted multiple times in OOC to have been using Nightlord, as a justification to being so tanky. It's specially baffling when you see 2 RFs mag dump an EOWR in point-blank range, seeing the EOWR survive, and proceed to stunstick both RFs into oblivion.

Said Low CW is more than enough for them to carry an SMG and never touch the AR2, which is what I see most of the time. Between the P-90, the MP5 or the Uzi, all of them can be absurdly powerful considering the large healthpool, not considering that extra 100HP + 25%Dr that comes along with Nightlord. When you take into consideration the deployment of more than 1 EOW due to the extremely lax deployment rules (that don't exist in practicality, only in technicality), means the amount of effort needed for Rebels to push points with EOWs (Not considering the NPUs or OTAs that are also there) to be herculean. And while I personally don't mind the stress on the long run, some people do, it makes the experience one-sided since this is but a pebble on a mountain of balance issues that stems from this idea that "parity is wrong and should be avoided at all times"
When it becomes viable for a single EOW to effortlessly stunstick 5 people on a point without dying, you can't tell me that it requires "a lot of teamwork and coordination" to play the class.

The problem is much bigger, all of the recent discussions are a reflection of balance and management issues, and while EOW is not the main issue, the recent deployment rule changes have become itself an issue, even if just a side one.

If you want to go into a more indepth conversation about shit in DMs, I'm always ball for debating stuff.
Coming back I honestly think it's nothing new. Just a wake-up call that both sides need to stop criticizing the other and focus on making sure EVERYONE is having fun.

I will add, saying the enemy requires teamwork to beat your class is a pretty good indicative that your class is pretty damn OP.
