Why do you want to be part of the staff team?
Must be at least 3 sentences.
I've Been playing CvR for almost 2 years and wanted to try my hand at being staff. I know the rules well enough to be rather invisible to staff and maybe even help other with it. I want to try my hand at being staff and help with the server in anyway. Why should you be accepted on the staff team?
Must be at least 3 sentences.
I Spend a Heavy amount of time on CvR when I play and can use that as staff
I can be swift with tickets and deal with them at a reasonable time
I'm rather Objective when it comes to many things and can deal with problems in a neutral mindset Do you understand that you must change your Steam name to "[DEFN] (Username)" upon getting accepted?
Yes, Completely References? None
An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do?
Talk with both side and if determined an accident see if the civ can get an apology if not warn the union. An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member?
Consult other staff with punishment as this is a massive case of FailRP You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this?
Still go through with it and consult higher ranks COs or LOR and Affairs Staff with the possible demote. A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do?
Ban them immediately because I'm sure threats to disrupt the server are taken very seriously You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do?
Consult Higher Staff and if not allowed possibly fix what was done and talk with the person in question
first
Make sure you do check any proof provided by either party for the MPF Civ question. The MPF could say the civ was in the KILO Bay so he shot him and the civ could say hes lying. Unless either of them have any proof just let them go (that's what I think happens though)
Everything else is good imo

I agree with Burn here, the answers might be correct but the Staff-app lacks alot of details which doesn't exactly help me in thinking you'll put effort into your position.
