None Why do you want to be part of the staff team? Must be at least 3 sentences. I want to get back into DEFN. It has been a while and I miss the server for what it truly was, my home and the place I could be myself. I want to be able to help others when the staff isn't available and to be active on the server whenever I can be. I truly wish to do the best I can to support Definitive Networks and help players have a fun and free experience. Why should you be accepted on the staff team? Must be at least 3 sentences. I've of course worked for the server before. I've had the Head Administrator roles and even was a Gamemaster at one point. I have the necessary skills to become a new staff member again and work my way up to assist those in need. I've had previous jobs as a (Head of Staff) on other servers and I think playing on the server, I can be of use. Do you understand that you must change your Steam name to "[DEFN] (Username)" upon getting accepted?

What do you do?
You would pull them into a sit and question them as to the reason why they killed. Without reason, you cannot punish the UNION. A H.E.C.U. enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member?
You would pull them into a sit and explain that "It is stated in the rules that no player, whether combine or rebel, may defect to the opposite team." They would then receive either a warn or ban. You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this?
Due to the fact that he would be metagaming in this case, and you can't handle your own sits, I would say you should call another available staff members to have him talk to the MACE CO and eventually get him warned for Metagaming, and then I could add a warning for infiltrating without using team chat. A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do?
At this exact moment, you must get them off the server as quickly as possible and report it immediately to the higher-ups. Even if I don't have the banning power, if I'm the only one online I have to get them out before they cause problems. You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do? In this case, you would report to the staff member who has a higher position than the suspicious-acting staff. You would ask questions and provide proof of strange activity. If it is allowed then he will be let go. If it isn't, then you have just done your job as a staff member. Its always good to call things out.

Experience on both admin and player side, fun to see you back again.
Application may be a bit quick and shallow but once again, your experience as both an admin and a player heavily outweighs that.
(Also i know you're a good guy from my time in Antlion Squad as you've prooven yourself capable in it more then once)
