Why should you be unbanned? Alright so there are a few reasons why I think I should be unbanned. Firstly, all three of my RDM warnings aren't because I just went up to some random guy I shouldn't kill and killed them, it happened because in the heat of the moment in some battle, I killed someone I shouldn't have who was either around rebels or came around a corner I was expecting rebels from. Secondly, I'm an active player, more active than most I'd say. I'm on anywhere from 4-8 hours a day depending on the day and during that time it's only obvious I'd shoot someone I wasn't supposed to when the whole server is based around a TDM play style. I never intentionally killed someone I shouldn't have and personally I don't think an active player like me should be punished this harshly for that. And finally for the third reason I think I should be unbanned is how extreme the punishments go. It goes from "Oh that's a slap on the wrist warning, don't do it again!" to "You don't get to play for a week!". If I had known the fact that I wasn't going to play for a week if I got another rdm warning I would have done two things, been far more careful on attacking anyone, and played less to lower the chance of rdming someone. Plus it isn't like it was a "Random Death Match" I killed them all because I truly thought they were a rebel, so it wasn't exactly random.
In that video, the kill that gets me warned is at 1:30. It's the SU disguised as a civi. In the heat of the moment I saw a dark figure around rebels and thought, "Oh an SU!" and shot. It's not like I was trying to murder some random civilian. If I had thought he was a civilian I wouldn't have shot because I know that it would have gotten me warned.
+1 (in context to video) Complete bullshit, there was a dark silhouette in a rebel controlled area? oh let me not shoot at that, secondly SU are always pulling this shit to get you warned. there is no possible way he could have seen that silhouette and see a civ. Revoke his warn cause it was unjust as fuck.

As RDM is defined
"Killing a player without any reasoning (except if it is some sort of NLR rule), in other words it is Random"
In this case you couldn't even see who was being shot, as it was just a dark silhouette at a point which was swarmed by Rebels.
Especially justified by the one Rebel immedietly popping up afterwards. If Civilian are inside a warzone where enemies swarm the most and then get shot, it is on them usually

This is another case of SU bias/bullshit (IMO)
So just from the first seconds of the clip you can see rebels around and near the point where the SU was shot from which makes it already clear he was a rebel spy to begin with.
''O but he could have hid there'' Nah fuck that bs no way. And even then his head barely poked out he reacted through instinct to preserve his own life. The staff didn't seem to give a single fuck regarding that from what the video shows. To add up that a staff that is a SU himself decided to take the sit makes it suspicious to start off with (no offense but it shows that you favor rebels and su)
at 1:14 you can see the map which shows B being rebel contested combine are trying to retake it, at 1:30 you can see that rebels already took back the point which shows that the su disguised as anything would still most likely be shot by anyone else. (as he is facing combine side rather than rebel contested side)

Let me explain why I had to give the ban/warn. It’s not like I have a choice I have to give it because the player is wanted him to be warned/banned. I remain completely unbiased as I review the proof as he said he saw “red eyes” and that there was rebels covering the point it doesn't matter cause he was disguised as a civilian, and the SU isn’t capping a point at all. He had two previous RDM warns. Yes I don’t agree with the ban or it’s 1 week time but I am simply doing my job. We have to give out stricter punishments due to the change in the MOTD and like I said the player requested it. To top this all off I was one of the only staff in the server besides Toasty who confirmed it was in fact needing to be a 1 week ban due to his active warnings. I always warn the player if the victim wants the player to get warned I told him that he could make an in an appeal and hopefully get his time cut short and like I said I will let my higher ups look at it but this is my side of the story.
