But the CEO and DoA -1'ing this changes my opinion on giving this a +1. You're also really young from what I've heard, younger than Cortland. Although that doesn't affect my rating on your app.

While I don't neccesarily take rumors at face value, it still doesn't change the negative image a good amount of people have of you.

Also, aren't you really young as well? While it may not neccesarily matter some times, I've had too many bad experiences with staff that were younger than MJ making his debut.

I have to agree with Ember here, we haven't had a lot of experiences but I also do not have the trust in someone to have power over players and possible gameplay when their trustworthiness is not quite certain.
I think it could still use some improvements. The situations are okay, except one minor discrepancy in the one where he RDMs a civi. You can kill civilians if you ask them to leave and countdown from 10.
