Not very active or well known in the community anymore. History of toxic behavior and throwing fits on others. Deleted a whole division's discord on a whim with no warning. Sure they know the rules well enough but so does anyone that actually reads the rules in depth.
Yes they can be given a second chance but they shouldn't just be able to come back to staff on old credit. Give it a month or two to let them interact with the community at large see if they're better for it than they were in 2018. Sigma really did kind of say what I'd guess a lot of veteran players bits would be, at least in my eyes. Never thought I'd agree with Sigma what's wrong with me.
Positive side:
Good at owning up to past mistakes, can resolve situations between two parties quickly
Negative side:
Deleted a whole division discord, muted the whole server for a small infraction from a small party, was doing shit with GMs that I wouldn't really consider positive
also, the app doesnt really have much effort put into it.
-1 you were the most toxic management figure around when you were head admin
I don't think your personality or the way you act would fly now inside the staff team
+1 my man seemed to be surprisingly useful as an HA from what I saw, I don't much care for stuff he did back in 2018/2019, that was a long time ago if we consider the average age of a cvr player. He seemed okay from 2020 onwards after I (quietly) forgave him for some stuff and took off the "Fuck this guy" glasses.
However his issues with players in-game continued throught (I saw the complaints in ooc chat, was never in a sit with Fel), You didn't do anything terribly wrong in my eyes as of recent. You'll be an effective staff member if you keep the rules in a different tab (miss-remembering rules was your main issue.)
My main concern here would be long time commitement, you came back relatively recent to my understanding (about 2 weeks ago give or take) but if you wanna quit mid-way through that's fine, so I don't think "you just came back" applies much since you left relatively recently.
+1
I personally believe in 2nd chances and that people can change. I don’t think we should be charging head on based on past events, but give a chance to see if they really have changed. also Sakura is a fucking loser lmao
Uhhhhh im sorry but even though your going to be a regular moderator, I still cannot after all this time fathom how you thought it would be a good idea for you to spearhead a rule that forced anarchist players to stay on the server for one whole hour, you heard me right. Its not like the rule meant "you cannot switch off your anarchist character", but it literally meant "my nigga if you click disconnect from the server your getting a warn and possibly further punishment"
Even though it has been a while, I just feel people like that should stay far away from the staff team
Just to elaborate on what Clash said so there's no misunderstandings, previously Fel had tried to force KOS'd anarchist factions to have their players remain connected and on the Anarchist WL wtih the Anarchist name format until their KOS had ended. This was never truly put into place, but the very concept was pretty unfair especially considering how easy it was and still is to KOS them.
If i recall it was actually a rule for about 30 minutes before aura stopped shitting his diaper
and while the rule was pretty much created by aura, fel did most of the concepting and the public affairs for it in which he said shit like this:

@Fel That is utter bullshit.
You are telling me -and the other Anarchists here- that if a KOS is called on us we MUST remain on our Anarchist character, and cannot DC, or else we are going to get Warned?
Under what fucking circumstances do you think that is a good idea?

Dont do the crime if you cant do the time.
Theres a lot of other shit that im too tired to find now but still the way this was handled was really stupid and fel refused to do anything besides say "dont do the crime if you cant do the time"

I don't know if you've changed or not, nor can I vouch for your recent server activity likely due to differing timezones.

I can see the point of that rule, I could see it being reasonable if KOS were shorter to compensate.
