I'm gonna have to put a -1 here, even as the previous STL, HA and more, and to provide unique insight where others are unable to comment.
Fel is a workhorse. Don't get me wrong. You give them a job and they'll do it, a hard worker by all means. I wanted activity checks done? Fel did them. They are one of the most solid workers that I had working under me when I was STL, but the problem is, they're not really a *people* person and tend do not compromise much.
While they get along with some, or even many, people, when they fall out with others, they can hold a grudge, or generally get angry with them, two things happen:
1. - It gets very public, very quickly, and before you know it the entire community is aware of the drama and it's never exactly pretty.
2. - The grudge will last, at times, for months. While there may be no immediate explosions of arguments, it will be obvious in every day interactions that its weighing on Fels mind to some extent.
They often struggle on how to approach people to make amends and patch things up correctly, leading to situations being prolonged and generally impacting the morale of other staff, especially if its public.
From observation, Fel tends to struggle with handling drama and, at times, and will struggle to be professional and keep a cool head while handling it. When they have a differing opinion on a subject they're passionate about, they get incredibly overzealous in its defense to the point where whatever it is becomes an argument rather than a discussion.
Their lack of mic also feeds in to their lack of ability to actively take control of more difficult game situations effectively without resorting to mutes, gags and, if it's a retarded situation, a rise in temper.
They didn't play the sever that much before they went inactive, they haven't really been a big active face of the community, even as a HA, and in my opinion, they lack all of the customer service skills required to deal with staff sits on a daily basis without the risk of them becoming problematic.
HOWEVER:
Fel however, is often misunderstood as some awful individual or someone who is toxic. This is not the case, they're actually really nice, and it's easy for people online to gather into a cult and go witch hunt a person for one bad thing they did a while ago. If a few people in this community pulled their heads out of their asses then we wouldn't have had a fair few of the bad situations that we did have involving Fel.
In a stressful environment; They're short-fused, can get overly defensive, and easy to rattle, things people have taken advantage of many times to annoy them. Not qualities that harm their personality that much, Fel is still a nice person to talk to and fuck around with, but they are qualities that do make it hard for me to say they need to be in staff again.

I will state this at the time of the ruling that is how it worked (PLUS) without naming specifics it got changed due to the lack of communication of people cause I was not the only person to have thought this at that time of the ruling cause we got told before that it is an active RP situation.

Ok, after so many people have been going at me for this MP Discord/MP Documents/MP Council.
So I will be glad to make another post but in basics, None of this stuff was deleted without warning. a bit of backstory to this and I was kinda obsessed with it alittle bit but losing the chance to prove innocents of the MP Council mishap. which I will post a picture showing that MP council could only discuss and NOT act on anything with a special enchants privilage such as being in the discussions.
But the MP docs were not deleted without warning I told specific at the time that the docs were NO LONGER being used which is why rotary did not yeet me/punish me at the time for it, because I screenshotted the stuff (Alot of said stuff is lost in the leadership dm group) that is long gone. so its not too eye revealing but the idea is there. The COs have told me that the doc isnt used I asked them to confirm with Laura before I did anything they said it was cool and thus it was deleted samething with the Discord they made a new one
As for the council which was the BIGGEST THING that ever got me in trouble it wasnt used to force hands over other divisions or people. they were there to Assist in discussions as I will post a screenshot down below in a second to show that. the reason council was made was to ASSIST me bring the future for the MPs I tried my damnest to try and get everything sorted but wraith left us with nothing not a single doc, ruling, or structure. I was struggling with constant changes of CO's after Dutch left. Mario was abusing his rank so I ended up having to demote him which this time would switch from CO to CO. because they either left or in my favorite mans scoot case (Who I hated to had to demote at the time) got into a bit of trouble with leadership and thus I was told to demote him. so alot of built up stress just running the whole thing on my own, but I didnt wanna admit to not being ready for it because Dutch and Mario both have decided even though they were wraith's 1st AND 2nd LT at the time wraith chosen me I asked them if they wanted to rule they said "No wraith intrusted it to you so we trust you" so I didnt wanna let that down even with them long gone. I made the council as a way to not show I wasnt ready for it but in the end it bit me in the ass.

But you're leaving out the key fact that some rule or fix to the abnoxious shield anarchists and anarchist factions was added at the request of several leadership on both REBELS and COMBINE who were fed up with having to see anarchists essentially having immunity until they did something hostile and even then they would often opt out of an active RP, as Fel stated above, and do either of the following:
1. They swapped names and Bodygroups
2. Just straight up only swap bodygroups bc m-m-m-m-metashield you're looking at the name on feed!
3. Would just change classes or disconnect altogether.
This was abused for a VERY long time, and like all new rules there's always a trial phase to allow refining over time, and even then rules are still subject to change... you know this well, do you not? I can assure you, I was never "shitting my diaper", I'm a huge avid supporter of sitting on a toilet to shit and use Charmin' Ultra Soft♤.
Since people have a short memory I'd like to take the time to remind everyone that this is not the first controversial application, and it won't likely be the last. The previous one, Haze, received the same or worse feedbacks ( so far anyways).
In the end, Haze ended up being a positive re-addition to staff and was rather a really good and responsible staff member (Admin) up until he left the community altogether.

The reason why I am giving my response is because a respectable Aryan man has told me about Aura’s reply to this staff application. I am here to quote “dare them” and give my +1/-1. I will only be talking about the MP controversy during my time, as IIRC I was Captain or Major, with Laura being my Colonel, bless her heart.
MP Inner Council Incident
My experience with Fel/Katarina during my time as MP CO was obviously not pleasant. It is no secret of the bad blood I had with them, but I do not put them at 100% fault with our bad blood, as my ambition at the time could be described as very hostile to them, but righteous to those that hated them. MP has always had problems, even before me: Wraith, Mario, and Katarina, or an infamous example of Adrian, Ridgeway, Laura, and I. If I had to say about the current MP, I would say that they broke the cycle with the excellent leadership and guidance of John and Ducks repairing MP drama. Getting to the point: I only have 1-3 screenshots revolving around this incident, that being messages in the MP-Council discord of Fel giving responsibilities to people of lower ranking than me, giving them power; a vote on whether rules should or should not be passed in my own division and the division’s discord. Note: At the time of viewing these screenshots and going into DMs with the old LoR, I was a Warrant officer, with Sakra and Aura being SSGT-MSGT’s. Why did individuals of lower ranking than me become part of a secret council for a division that I was solely running (Due to Laura being busy) without my knowledge? I do not know.
This is all to it to the MP-Council incident; clearing things up so the amount of people who bring it up have my point of view. When I confronted Rotary and asked him of this council, he, quote: Do what you will with this information. If what Fel says in their previous response is true and that it was to deal with previous problems (Such as dealing with Mario and Wraith), then that makes sense. However, they did not bring up any incidents with my era specifically. This can easily be seen as having an issue with letting go, or an attempt to still have a say/power in MP. They were General at the time, so of course they would, but, if Rotary/Zigzag did what I asked them beforehand, they were warned multiple times to let go of MP and have Laura and I manage the division.
MP Discord/Document Incident
What Katarina says is partially true: Their documents were filled with grammatical and punctuational errors, but they were still a foundation of the division. We used bits and pieces of their document; whatever was salvageable and applied it to the discord and to our own documents. After they were removed, it was not that big of a deal; deleting the discord was. The MP Discord is a piece of history; the first division I ever joined on rebel was MP. There were memories, dumb arguments, and lost memes in that discord; alongside the bot that was used to log arrests/captures. Something NPU did not have at the time (This was during Phalanx’s period), and due to the natural hostility of CvR at the time, we took pride in having a simple webhook bot due to NPU’s massive numbers and overall better classes compared to us. Fel was never punished (as far as we know, they got a slap on the wrist) for deleting the discord. It was a necessity, and we had all rebel officers in there too to warn them for the arrests. I would argue that the MP discord was the second most important discord in the Resistance, with the main rebel discord being the first obviously. For them to delete that and claiming that they thought they were leaving the discord made everybody upset, having almost every rebel CO that was up at the time riot and providing their own evidence that Katarina was lying to cover their own back. I have my own theories of why Katarina deleted the discord, with the most significant thought being “Why did a member of leadership try to leave an important discord?”. After joining the CvR Lorecord discord (Thanks Destitute), I searched through and found their reason. This was posted by someone else, so if anybody has proof that Fel indeed never said this, I will rebuke this part of my argument.
My Present Opinion
It’s been a long time since Fel has set foot in CvR. Some people believe they deserve a second chance, as hanging onto the past will only lead to everybody's downfall. I believe they do, but as Frost, Sigma, and many others stated previously; Fel needs to rebuild their reputation. It is not impossible. CvR has a tendency (or used to) on hating the “boomers of CvR”. The past feelings will never be forgotten, and some will never forgive them, such as Clash and his comments towards Aura and Fel. But it is possible. Look at Sigma: The community hated him, despised him, and overused the “Sigma sucks” joke to spite him, yet he started from square one again and rebuilt his reputation, eventually having most of the community go “hail Sigma”, praising his political podcast as well. I do believe in second chances, but they must be earned. With Fel attempting to join the staff team again, I do not believe they have earned that second chance. Do I hate Fel now? No, I’ve learned that hating people is exhausting. It ends up draining so much of your energy that you end up hating those specific people even more. For the longest time I hated so many people such as Frost, Sigma, Sentinel, Heinz, and Fel for clear but also personal reasons, but I’ve come to let go of that in hopes for a better future and to improve on my own wellbeing, not wishing to be chained to the past. I hope Fel rebuilds their reputation as Sigma and many others did. When that happens, I will believe that Fel deserves a second chance.

Don't have any grudges nor have you ever held any grudges against anyone? There's a lot of people that would dispute that claim fel, and some of them are in this forum post already. You come back with this re application stating you're making amends or are wanting to. But from what I've seen you've shown up out of the blue expecting the people you've wronged to give you a second chance with no repercussions for your past actions. I've already iterated my position and so have many others, I have no doubt that the controversy that this has started has given you insight as to who people think you really are, and if you truly want to make amends then good for you but people need to see some of this before attitudes begin to shift.

Do I hate Fel now? No, I’ve learned that hating people is exhausting. It ends up draining so much of your energy that you end up hating those specific people even more. For the longest time I hated so many people such as Frost, Sigma, Sentinel, Heinz, and Fel for clear but also personal reasons, but I’ve come to let go of that in hopes for a better future and to improve on my own wellbeing, not wishing to be chained to the past.
I hope Fel rebuilds their reputation as Sigma and many others did. When that happens, I will believe that Fel deserves a second chance.
TL;DR- I believe Fel should build back their reputation before attempting to join the staff team again. -1

As for the rest of you, Yes I know my reputation isnt as good as many of you, and I am working on the reputation with many and hopefully with even many of you. I dont have grudges out for any of you, never held a grudge with any of you, it's not worth it, so Im sorry if any of you thought I had a grudge out purposely seeked you out, for one I aint gonna be working my ass off just to see someone get gone. As for the council though I would like to add, it was made LONG BEFORE brut, or laura became CO. MP council has existed during my time as CO. it was ment to be as rotary described because I did told him about it. However it was a dead horse being beat, legit the only members ever in it were Mario, Scoot at one point, Dutch, Sakra, Daniel. all CO's of MP besides Daniel. It wasnt worth putting in the time for something no one wanted to join. I have no idea still to this day though on why the council came up as the way it did especially when I was given a STRICT order to not be involved with MP after I became Leadership, I kept that bargan up, if rotary was here he'd tell you that I didnt touch mp after told that. So like I said, its a mystery on why that council was brought back up, And I would also like to add, ANYONE MP at that time knew of COUNCIL's existent and anyone that WAS in the discord. It was in the announcements section. So the council was no secret.
Don't have any grudges nor have you ever held any grudges against anyone? There's a lot of people that would dispute that claim fel, and some of them are in this forum post already. You come back with this re application stating you're making amends or are wanting to. But from what I've seen you've shown up out of the blue expecting the people you've wronged to give you a second chance with no repercussions for your past actions. I've already iterated my position and so have many others, I have no doubt that the controversy that this has started has given you insight as to who people think you really are, and if you truly want to make amends then good for you but people need to see some of this before attitudes begin to shift.
