Although a lot of new staff have been coming in I still sometimes notice a lack of staff that aren't AFK. I play pretty often during low pop when naturally there's not gonna be staff on so I hope I can make the experience of players who only play during early hours better. I also want to give back to this community that has given me 1,5 years of fun times now by also helping people with fun stuff like tryouts/training.

I have been on the server for a pretty long time now and I have a lot of experience with the rules and the general setting of the server. As I mentioned before I am also fairly often online during low pop and I feel like I'm pretty active in general. I also feel like I'm usually pretty level-headed when playing CvR which would probably boast well with being staff.

An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do?
I would first ask the civilian about the situation. I could then probably assess if the UNION is a new player and I would explain to him what a civilian really is (since he probably had mistaken him for a rebel) and let him off with a verbal warning.
An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as staff member?
Since he managed to get into a limited slot division I would expect him to know you can't enter Combine base to RP defect and instead just switch to a combine job to play combine. I would warn him for FailRP and send evidence of the situation to HECU CO's.
You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this?
I would tell him to not take the situation this far and tell him to calm down, if he doesn't back down I would get proof of his threats and send it to their respective CmD/Major.
A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do?
Threatening to DDOS the server is a permaban as far as I know, I would ban them for the longest time I can and send proof of it to higher ranking staff members so they can deal with the situation further.
You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do?
I would talk to him and point to the fact that what he's doing is a bit questionable and if he continues I would gather evidence and send it to a higher ranking staff member (HA+).
