What is your suggestion? A: Remove NPC's, as it stands now they can massively group up on points, snipe from two points away, and on occasion even charge into enemy bases. As was stated by Sentinel himself on a different post, you can't lower their range or anything because its hardcoded, which makes them troublesome to fix or change, seeing as their range is probably the worst part about them. Additionally, it weakens strategy of waiting and listening to tell if there are nearby enemies, since NPC's have walking noise as well.
How would this benefit the server? A: Annoying NPC's wouldn't be sniping cross-map or charging into borders anymore.

Hitboxes are also extremely laggy, causing it to take multiple mags in some cases to kill them. The damage they do along with the unlimited range (that goes past your render distance) combine to make the game super painful to play
+1 I would personally decrease their health as they can tank up entire mag, damage wise they are fine as long as you dont walk upon them pondering fnaf lore in groups of 10

NPCs also mess up systems like enslavement for MP or NPU. They also are a bit buggy when it comes to moving around and half the time I can stare at an enemy NPC and they won't even shoot me
