i helped write this essay in around half an hour with someone, referencing some cheats that ive found. the cheats arent meant for darkrp type gamemodes, so it might be a bit wrong, but im rather sure it still would not be that long to make a team check like that of darkrp server cheats.
I also think that this defense does hold at least SOME water, because if they were under a microscope for so long, why would some small mistakes and bad luck in circumstance hold such weight in his ban? I know this isn't the first time they've spectated him. I also am confident that the remaining clips that the staff has as evidence can be explained by fspectate bugginess.

I believe "if Target:Team() == ply:Team() then return false end" would only check for teammates OF THE SAME CLASS
So in his case it would only blacklist RANGER COs from his list
Also, I don't think the "anyone with half a brain wouldn't do this" defense holds any water, people make mistakes, specially if they're under a microscope for however long this guy was (and you can't tell me this is the first time they've spectated him)

1. Most cheaters will dumb things down when they suspect they're being watched. Ghoul NEVER had this gap, he was at a similar high performance no matter who was on or what time ot day
2. Cheats are getting GOOD now. Undetectable by anticheat good, and from what I can tell they're not expensive. They will even make fake corrections in order to hide it. This case has to be looked at extremely closely, due to how advanced cheats are getting.

There's like 4 public cheats for gmod that are paid which I know of, the rest are free shitty cheats off of sites I won't mention and cheats arent getting advanced at all for a 12 year old source game LOL
All evidence and rebuttal relies on one of three things as a counter-argument to the evidence we have presented.
1: Perfect game-play
2: The cheat engine must be "Bad"
3: All pieces of evidences are coincidental
The arguments you have presented before, and have continued to present revolve around every piece of evidence being coincidental, having good game sense, as well as in some clips throwing the idea of cheating out of the window due to locking onto parts of the hit-box other then the head/center-mass.
And in one clip having locked onto a player through a teammate, firing and then killing said teammate, which does not eliminate the possibility of cheating.
Regardless of any and all coincident or "convenient" explanations, you locked onto multiple players, multiple times.
This ban will not be lifted.

The document posted by Big Iron was completely disregarded, as it was written in large part by a community banned individual who concealed themselves and several other users on the server who were hacking for a significant period of time. Frankly, we can't trust any of it to be legitimate information, nor can we trust it to be written in good faith.

We can't +1 his way to getting unbanned. I just added extra information where it was applicable. (and my opinion while I was at it)
Also yes you 100% can, make a team check for cvr very easily, not gonna say how though for obvious reasons.
