Unfortunately, I don’t have the original clip of this moment. In this case, I can only explain what was happening here with words. The clip recorded by staff starts with me and two other rangers in front of me pushing F point. Because I am behind them, I don’t really pay attention to what’s happening on the ground (as the rangers would be first to take fire) and just try to observe both roofs on the right (at the beginning) and the top of the F point as well. The moment we turn the corner, I do two flicks. The second one lands on the base of the F building, and afterwards it’s followed with a little adjustment (the 3rd and suspicious flick) that lands right above the RU’s head. By this moment, I noticed the RU on the right with my peripheral vision, which had appeared in my line of sight much earlier, but, as I’ve already mentioned - my attention is drawn to roofs. After spotting him, I flick right away to him and land on the legs area, then accidentally killing a teammate.
This definitely could not be a case of aimbot, as all the flicks are totally off on this clip. One is above (RU on left), the second one is to the legs (RU on right).
So in this case If I was using ESP, I would have been aware of the enemy positions even before getting around the corner. Therefore, it is very strange for me to notice the right RU that late in the clip. Additionally, the RU on the right is much closer and I clearly would have known that he is outside, so why would I flick past the right RU, look at the one inside the building first instead of trying to get the right one first? There is a very low chance, If I was using wallhacks, I would not notice two distinguishable squares on my screen. Also, considering that I have played the server for quite a while so far, I would have totally learnt the map layout. So it’s unlikely for me to assume that this left guy is standing outside in the first place, as his model appears to be right in the area where the building is placed. Besides, when turning the corner, I had more than enough time to understand if the positions of the enemies were in my direct line of sight before trying to flick to any of them. But the actual reason why I was so late to notice the right RU, as I’ve already said, is because of my attention drawn to the rooftops. And the flick to the RU inside is simply how I move the mouse. The overall amount of flicks and unnecessary flicks to “nothing” that I do is high, since I am trying to check most corners around me. This can as well be observed in a POV video of mine which is the original for the second, “??”, evidence. This flick is a pure coincidence, which could happen when you spectate someone enough. The flick also lands above the RU’s model because if you look at the other squares in the evidence, they appear to be right at the head level. My crosshair at the end of the flick is above it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PxLH-uv7pnA
0:00 - 0:04, 2:36 - 2:48 (occasional flicks to the wall and air with no purpose), 3:24 - 3:51 (you can see how my crosshair doesn’t stay on the same place for long, especially 3:46-3:48 where I turn around the corner and do 4 short and fast flicks).
The previously mentioned video will help to understand every moment from this evidence. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PxLH-uv7pnA
Very key point here is me changing my sensitivity at 2:16 after several consecutive deaths. My POV syncs up with the evidence at 2:29.
The first flick at 2:32-2:33 was made so I could jump in the desired direction without losing momentum. The moment I turn left enough, I press D+Space and afterwards immediately return my crosshair to the place that I was heading to.
Next - mouse flickering left-right at 2:34. Here I was simply trying my new sensitivity out. Just a habit to do. Nothing more.
The last one - at 2:35. I turned back after hearing footsteps, as there was an active mace at that moment. After seeing teammates, I just flicked a little between them while totally missing their models.

I believe "if Target:Team() == ply:Team() then return false end" would only check for teammates OF THE SAME CLASS
So in his case it would only blacklist RANGER COs from his list
Also, I don't think the "anyone with half a brain wouldn't do this" defense holds any water, people make mistakes, specially if they're under a microscope for however long this guy was (and you can't tell me this is the first time they've spectated him)
