FULL RP Name(s): OTA SHIELD 01 Graycat/RES WB SPC Graycat What is your current IG level? 80 Discord Username: Lord Graycat#8485 Steam ID: STEAM_0:1:76927100 What region/timezone are you located in? EST Do you have a microphone? Yes, but it lacks in quality and ease of use, so it rarely gets used. Previous Warns? None Previous Bans? None Why do you want to be part of the staff team? Well, very commonly, I see that staff is either AFK or are not on. I feel that more staff might be good to have around to keep the peace... also I've spent a good amount of time on the server and I'd love to be able to better it to the best of my ability. Why should you be accepted on the staff team? Well, despite my lack of previous experience on Gmod in terms of moderation, I've served as staff on many large Discord servers. I've spent enough time on the server to have the rules near memorized. I also can keep a cool head in more heated situations where people aren't the most calm, I can hear both sides out and will always try to choose the correct option. Do you understand that you must change your Steam name to "[DEFN] (Username)" upon getting accepted? Yes, I understand, and I have no problem with it. Any staff who can vouch for you? Dodgy, and perhaps Ramtrum. An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do? Watch OOC and wait for a ticket. If either gives a reason that is accepted, then leave it at that. If one isn't then pull the union into a sit and talk to him, then leave him with a warning of RDM. An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member? Inform him it is Fail RP and that if he wants to join Combine he can go recruit and get trained like the rest of us. If he continues then inform his COs and let them handle it. You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this? Keep doing my job, and perhaps warn the CO for attempting to use their position to control staff decisions. A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it. What do you think you should do? Get steam IDs and screenshots of the threats, then hand it over to high administration if there is any online. If not, keep the screenshots and IDs and get rid of them for as long as I can. You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do? DM their superior if is allowed. If not, then I'll take screenshots and send it to the same superior for them to handle it.

My reasoning:
I rarely have seen you around. (Not calling you inactive, just a personal observation)
I dislike your answers on the staff specific questions.
I'd gladly change my answer if you were to put a bit more effort into the questions. Best of luck with your application nonetheless!
