Attention, all CVR players! GRID is dying, and it needs your help! All we need is your credit card number, the 3 digits on the back, and the expiration date! But hurry up, Wolffe can't manage it alone forever!

i feel like if people were shown how fun grid is through MD's or general grid activity more people would be inclined to join grid, as an example R&D usually has great MD's which have a major impact on the game that day in terms of combat and map control and i think it could set an example of what people working together as a collective can do. However this is from a relatively outside view of grid and my opinion is based of past experiences. in short, maybe do MD's or more community based activites

The building competition we had with engineers the other day was one of the best experiences i've ever had on the server, it was great everyone was having a great time and it was all laughs, Engi/Grid is a mountain of fun and you're exactly right, they don't know how fun it is.

(If you have a previous ping from me it was me messing up the quoting system haha)

I'm not sure on specifics as I've never been a grid myself but people I've talked to have mentioned that the TR system they have seems to be overly complicated/drawn out. Plus it seems like a lot of extra work for COs.

Kilo and Foxtrot has a similar system with vehicle trainings but requirements are low and it doesn't take a lot of time. Plus you can be trained by anyone with the VTO/ATO rank. Not just COs.

Overall it seems like Grid is just a slog to make progress on and that is definitely contributing to the lack of COs

It isn't that bad you just need to build a FOB and post it a total of 5 times, the problem is that it takes several days for it to get looked at and marked
