I've been a longtime member, Part of DEFN since the WW1 server (Hence why I have the 'oldie' role on the main server) I joined CvR roughly a month and a half after It launched. Being a total member of CvR for roughly 1 1/2 years. So I have quite a taste for how the community used to be, How It changed over the times, and what It is now. In Summary, I'm somewhat of a Veteran, adapted to how the community has changed and can somewhat guess what we need nowadays. (insert joke about loving to help people here)I

I'll also be blatantly Honest (Because I do that best right? I never seen to know how to shut up according to some people)
Rather then Explain my pros, I believe most people seeing this care more about my cons, So Let's start their, Shall we?
First off, I've definitely had more fights then the average user on this community, Probably got into a lot of unnecessary shit as well that I would rather avoid if it ultimately meant nothing. However, the thing I stick by most with my fights comes to this: Is their a reason why, and can It be justified? The times I hear incredibly dumb arguments, counterarguments, or stupidity, the (usually) harsher response I give as a somewhat gauge of what I think the shit You're spouting to me means.
Second, I can certainly Guarantee that a lot of people don't like my attitude, Although I don't think a lot of people would realize that if you play nice with the person you confront, You'll get nice interactions in return. Either that or people seem to think just because they act nice to someone, They can do dumb shit without being called out, or (what I think recently) They can insult said person repeatedly without being engaged first, and then expect nice replies in return, Look, Nobody is going to give you nice replies if you insult them daily, especially unwarranted, Regardless of what the person's attitude is in general.
Do you understand that you must change your Steam name to "[DEFN] (Username)" upon getting accepted?

Sounds like a bait question, Let the civilian file a ticket first if he feels he was wronged, Don't jump in and assume things.

How do you proceed as a staff member?
Tell him to cease being gay and that It is not allowed. Justice may be dispensed if necessary or if user persist..
You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this?
Ignoring RP affairs that might happen from behavior like this, Simply inform them of said MOTD that requires them to and leave it at that, Follow up if neccessary.
A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do?
Any joke like DDOS is an immediate ban, Regardless if It's a joke or not.
If It's a raid, Watch them and see the offenses they commit and follow up.
You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do?
At most you could contact higher ups to see the legitimacy if you really feel It is necessary, otherwise It doesn't seem to be much of an issue, just let It sort It's self out.

So let me explain a bit haze im glad you got your act together when I was like "Ok hes getting a bit more chill" well i should say I was but then you did a complete turn around and seems like you returned to your old ways. Which I was very disappointed with. I actually sat in staff room talking about how better you were doing and i was being told you changed alot since then. But after seeing you return to the way it was before I dont know bud. I hope you can make that 180 again and show us you actually can like you did before but this time keep it, the main thing that worries me is you doing a 180 as staff and then a massive issue breaks with other Admins and lower.
+1 although you used to be a massive negative influence and still to this day you have the odd amount of mingy behaviour it can be boiled down to the fact you want to have a good time and have fun, currently I see that you have no malicious intent and if you were able to join the staff team I feel as if you would be watched rather closely to ensure you were not abusing your powers and ensure you were completing the work required of you due to your more mingy behaviour in the past. I agree you have got a lot calmer and the demote Haze memes or Haze is a Nazi memes are have lessened to a more joke like level. I do have one question for you however, do you honestly believe you can balance being a CMD, a Foxtrot, an OSS and on top of all that a member of the staff team where you will have to dip out of RP at any given moment to help people? If you can answer that with a good enough answer then my +1 is secure.

(I forgot to add this but) OSS does not require consistent activity and is more less an anti-spawncamp class, Foxtrot doesn't need consistent either and is the same as OSS to a lesser degree (although OSS isn't as fun lmao). I had zero issues with being an Officer and Moderator on my term.
