What Region are you located in? What's your timezone?

None.
Previous Punishments?

I was inspired to apply by Shark. I hope to offer good events as a GM and spice up CvR with my skills.
What's your reason for becoming Gamemaster?

None. I have done privately hosted events with my friends for 2 years.
Have you ever been Event Staff or anything similar on other servers? If so please list up top.

Thankfully I don't take criticism personally like most people do.
Criticism to me would be like. "You should try this next time" Or like. "Good job, although I would recommend doing this in the future."
harassment in my mind would be like. "Your event was bad! Kill yourself" Or something like... "How did you event get GM??"

Explain how you take criticism from other people, from constructive to border-line harassment.

I would try to finish up with the event and report the incident towards a higher GM to hopefully fix the issue.
A Combine CmD has openly expressed their distaste for an event you're doing at that moment. It has gotten to the point where he is actively disrupting your event. What is your course of action?

I would explain to him that I was AFK and apologize for not replying. I would wait for him or assist him in calming down and begin answering his questions.
A Resistance Fighter starts PMing you with some questions about a recent event you've done. However, because you were AFK, he has started harassing you. What is your course of action?

No GM should use his powers outside of events. Although in events basic perms are definitely allowed. Anything more out there should be granted by a higher GM.
What are GM's permissions both inside and outside of events?

I would inform the CO on what is going on and let him know that he is disrupting an event DB and he should host his DB later after the event.
You are hosting an important Post-Event DB and all of a sudden, the CO's ask you to leave so they can do their DB and exclude yours. What is your course of action?

I would try so seek a replacement to assist me. After the event I would report the incident towards higher GM.
A Gamemaster who said he would be assisting you in an event later on today hasn't shown up and now the event is running behind schedule. What should you do?

Now I have 2 choices here.
I would at first wait until all the vehicles have undeployed. If that is not the case I would politely ask both sides to undeploy their vehicles if the event is that important.
After getting a green light on an event, you notice there are 3 vehicles deployed at once. It is causing a little lag, what is your course of action?

Of course every event should go through a planning faze where all helpers can start to plan how the event will go and what should and what should not be done during the event.
All GMs should also take a look at the game to verify that their event will not disrupt anything major that could be going on. (ex. baseraid)
During the event all helpers should know their roles.
After or during the event rewards should be given out to all participants
What's the process GM's take before making events, from start to finish. (This is what YOU think)

I would try to tell him in a polite manner that he is disrupting the event and he should stop. If that is not the case I would let him know that I would get staff involved as he is disrupting the event. Although I would try to avoid any drama.
A Resistance Captain is openly criticizing your event when he isn't in the event itself. It has gotten to the point where he is interrupting your important adverts relating to the event. What should you do?

At least once per week. 3 times per week would be recommended.
How often do you think GM's should host events?

1. Fight club event. Have all civilians and anarchist classes receive an invitation to a fight club that is occurring somewhere in the outskirts of the map. They will be able to test their skills against other players in a secret arena. (If a player wins each match they will grow stronger gaining more health in their stats and gaining rewards)

2. Hostage situation. (Can work with either Combine or Resistance) There is a VIP that is captured by (Combine or Resistance) and the defenders must keep the VIP secured. The attackers must kill all the defenders that get in their way and bring back the VIP to their HQ. The VIP will then give out a rewards by leaking information to a supply cache hidden somewhere around the map.
The defenders win if they can protect the VIP for a certain amount of time. Then the VIP will give out information about the supply cache to them.
2nd chance. If the defenders lose. They will have a event DB anddddddd... A messenger will then appear and leak information about the supply cache. Although the defenders will not have the knowledge to open the cache so the defenders will have to hold it for a longer amount of time than the attackers.

3. Convoy. The combine have to defend a convoy consisting of 2 APCs and a T90. The T90 is the main force of the convoy and if that is destroyed the resistance win. The APCS are secretly roped the the T90 to make them not OP and all vehicles are HP buffed and are slower. The resistance may not deploy any vehicles of their own but they are allowed to build fortifications.

List three events that you might do if you get accepted (DETAILED AND BE ORIGINAL) [Campaigans and RP Situations are EXCLUDED]

I accept and understand.
Do you understand and accept the following clause: I will not leak staff information in gamemaster channels or otherwise. I will not abuse my powers in-game or otherwise. I must add [DEFN] to my steam username as soon as I get accepted.

I believe the formatting issue here was that the questions are supposed to be above your answers, apologies for not being more specific.

I will +1 this this time, as the answers seem well versed enough.

Additionally, Shark vouches for you for some odd reason, I am curious to see how this evens out.
