Give anarch some dark RP ass hitman system. People would be able to hire an anarchist to kill a specific person.
Maybe, Anarch would be able to hunt their targets in base, but only kill them and a set number of bodyguard, similar to SU/Mace assassination rules.
How would this benefit the server?
