Why should I be Unbanned: I have Evidence that it was false, If it isn't then my reason is that I tired to do e medal in my anarch faction but killed 3 rebels with a prisoner. There were 3 anarchs in my faction on but not in base with me.

Anyways, within infiltration rules, it states that you cannot kill more than 4 people at a time who are either guarding a prisoner or posing a significant treat to the operation at hand. If the same applies to anarchists, I do not believe it would warrant a ban. However, in the ban appeal, you state that you were alone in the operation, and if you weren't, who was the "someone else"?
As well as that, it was stated previously by a head admin that anarchs can go into base and kill captives solo, whether that is true or not is up to the discretion of the head admin(s). So, in conclusion with the points stated and the minimal evidence provided, I will have to be neutral on this case. Best of luck, ZeDoctor.
I would also like to point out 2 more things. In situations like these, it is imperative you are either recording or have software like medal.tv that record the past x amount of seconds or minutes. You also have a history of driving rebels and combine into opposing faction bases, which is FailRP unless stated otherwise by Brand or an HA.

It's a good thing that you're refering to rules, but I fail to see how it is supposed to defend you. There are practically no details about the situation, i.e. who was your anarchist ally on the server at the moment and why you didn't mention him?

Okay. So Zedoctor got reported for RDMx4 by Steffan. I brought him to a sit and asked him what the situation is he said that an Anarchist went into the MP cells and killed everyone. I then returned Steffan and brought the anarchist. I asked him what happened and he said that he was doing a Medal. But when he entered the MP cells he didn't expect people to be there. So he killed all 4 of them. I briefed them of the Anarchist rules that he can only kill inside the faction bases when he has a partner with him from the same faction. That would be EOI but he was alone. Steffan also said he was alone. As the rules state: Anarchists inside an official gang with two or more members available (on the correct class with correct name) may kill within faction bases with good reasoning.

I think the rule is supposed to mean all of you must enter at the same time, still they would've tried to cuff you so it constitutes as self defence (even if it was technically bait I GUESS)
