I want to join the staff team cause I have had a really fun experience on the server and I think that its time for me to help out the server so that these fun experiences can be continued and that more people can have fun. I have seen sometimes that there can be a lack of staff and that can really ruin players experiences and then that can drive players away from playing on the server and then that player can tell his/her friends about the server and overall it can ruin getting new players. And overall I am just the type of guy that likes to help out when he can, I have a lot of free time so why not use it to help something I like. Why should you be accepted on the staff team? I should be accepted cause I have experience before I have been a staff supervisor on IronEdgeGaming it was a DarkRP server but the server shutdown back in the end of 2018. I am a very friendly dude I am chill with most people and can resolve issues and drama quickly. I am very flexible and I think being very flexible is key to being staff when situations you have turn wrong and you need to be able to react fast to when the situation changes. Do you understand that you must change your Steam name to "[DEFN] (Username)" upon getting accepted? Yes. Any staff who can vouch for you? Vexeer. An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do? I would bring the two to a sit and ask the Union why he had killed the civilian and if he had no substantial reasoning for killing the civilian then I would probably let him off with a simple verbal warning. An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member? I would bring him to a place where I can privately talk to him and then explain to him that what he is doing he can't do. Again, I would give him a verbal warning unless he has done it before or does it again. You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this? I would ask for him to calm down if he can't calm down I mute/gag him and explain to him the rule he broke and after explaining to him how he needs to tell his team that he is infiltrating I would tell the person higher than him what had happen'd and then hopefully it would be resolved. A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do?
I would probably permanently ban them to not take the risk of the server getting DDoS'd or Raided and preserve the RP experience in the server.
You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do? I would ask the person/people higher than him about what is happening and then if the action he/she is something they are not supposed to be doing, I would get evidence such as a screenshot/video and send it to the people/person higher than him.

Im neutral leaning to a +1. Youve done good with the questions but i would say youre too leniant, if the union had no reason to kill the civi thats a warn, and being an HECU the person would be a CvR boy for a while and that means he knows its fail rp to defect. Other than that imma just say, how dare you not use me as an admin that can vouch for ya, how stinky.
