The main reason I want to be apart of the staff team again is because CvR has been a huge part of my life. I have made so many friends and memories here and I love the community as a whole. I want to give back to the server for all of its memories it has given me. I am currently a 2nd grade teacher and Summer break has just started. I feel like with not having a job for 2 months I will be able to give the server so much time. Being staff again will allow me to help out in the late and/or early hours when not many people are online. I also want to help keep a non toxic environment and I can do that if I am staff again. Any staff who can vouch for you?
A lot of the staff can vouch for me as a trusted player. Off the top of my head I would say SEV, Joe, Cuzzman, Caiok, Kowalski, Redsky, and Hollow are all members that know and remember me. I was staff for over a year and apart of the server since 2019. An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do?
I would first look at the kill location using my ability to do so as staff to see where the killing took place. (Unless I saw it first hand.) Then I would talk to the UNION and hear his reasoning/story to see if it matches the location. If it results in him telling me a lie and/or it's obvious he did it on purpose he would then be punished accordingly. Somebody had made a ticket saying they passed Sniper applications and that they need it’s whitelist, how would you proceed?
I would proceed by getting confirmation from the said divisions CO's before handing out a whitelist. An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member?
RP defecting is handled by GM's if ever even done at all. I would talk to the individual letting him know that it is not ok to cross borders on your own regardless of the reason. The only exception would be for events that are currently being monitored by a GM. If no events are on and no GM is supporting the current situation, I would then proceed to handle the situation as a rule break. A ticket alleging spawn-camp has been made, and the offending party is a member of cross who was found inside rebel spawn borders, what is the correct course of action? From what I recall, the cross can scout but may not kill in borders unlike MACE. I would proceed to take action for spawn camping and punish the individual accordingly. You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this?
I would first seek out a second staff member to become involved as a witness for the situation. Since this staff sit has become personal between me and the CO, I would not want to pick a course of action without consulting another staff member of my rank or higher first. That eliminates the possibility of a biased decision. A Grid has created a ball that he has encased himself in and is propelling himself forward using the gravity gun, is this breaking any rules?
This is an interesting question. I would personally say yes it is because a ball would not be considered a PROP VEHICLE which is for the use of transporting troops (plural) AND it has independent movement. A ball does not have independent movement. (rule D9).
If it is not a prop vehicle then it is breaking rules. I would say its close if not breaking D8 in building which involves moving a prop to block bullets. A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do?
This requires immediate action and needs to be reported to higher ups as soon as possible. If it is enough players in the group it would fall under server raiding which is not allowed. You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.

This is not a situation that should be addressed or handled by me. I would record said actions and talk to someone of higher rank than the person doing said actions. If noone is higher, I would find someone the same rank or ask Sentinel. Out of nowhere a random set of numbers resembling an IP has been typed by an NCO has been typed into OOC, what is the correct course of action?
This would fall under possible harassment and malicious activity which is not allowed. I would talk to the individual and if they keep doing it punish them accordingly.
I plan to stay indefinitely if I rejoin, however head staff would need to be understanding that I work during the week when school is in session (I am a 3rd grade teacher) . I am only able to play on the weekends or on weekdays when its later (5-6 EST) when school is in session.

The reason I left last time was because 3 things hit me at once, I was moving out of my parents, My PC broke, and I started a new teaching job.
I now live on my own 5 minutes from work, I have a PC that works again, and lastly I am on my 2nd year of my job and can manage my lesson planning better. I do not see myself having to leave again.
