Why do you want to be part of the staff team?
i enjoy the server and dont see many staff on at night (late night) and would like to help out during those times and at night. ive been with the community for a while and i feel i could do better as staff than in gamemaster.
Why should you be accepted on the staff team?
i can be active at night and earlier morning times im on a good chunk of the day and i have alot of previous experince with staffing in gmod and with the staffing plugins definitive uses

An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do?
ask the mpf what happened and take action based on both parties responces
An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member?
take him back out and give a verbal warning (not sure but im pretty sure that RP defects arent a thing anymore)
You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this?
talk to their dvl or major and provide proof, and dont react to it by harrasing them or provoking them
A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do?
perm ban them and tell higher management or lower management
You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do?
dm someone higher or someone at their rank asking if its allowed and if its not dont try to interveine and get proof then report it to a higher up

I'd like to see you improve the question: "Why you want to be part of the staff team?", like what makes you want to service and put time on the server and assist players?
I don't see a good in that. In my opinion should you edit your application and try improving it better then you might have a +1 from me.
