Why do you want to be part of the staff team? Must be at least 3 sentences. I want to be apart of staff because I want to help people, even if I help only one person. I would like to be staff so I could help out the wonderful people of CvR, the people that I have been playing with since 2017. I see a lot of staff determined to help other people and to me, I want to be one of those people. The current staff team has been doing amazing, and I want to not only assist those staff that are trying their hardest but to help other players with problems that they have. So to answer the question, I want to be apart of the staff team, because there are players and staff that need assistance, OVA and Engineers that need a vehicle scrapped, Staff that don't know a proper punishment, or maybe just a Union 09 stuck in a wall. I should be accepted so I can solve problems that other staff can't in the moment, I should be staff to do my duties and as I stated previously, to help. I should be accepted because I believe that I can make change happen, whether its banning someone hacking or just getting someone unstuck, that is change happening, that hacker could of deleted the server or that person that was stuck could of been a commander, If I'm not staff, I can't help those people and change something for the better, to make the server more fun to play on. In summary, I should be accepted into the staff team because I truly believe that I can solve peoples problems to the best of my ability, change the server for the better big or small, and I believe that I can help. _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do? I bring the Union and the civilian to an admin sit and ask the Union his reasoning behind killing the civilian. If he doesn't give a valid answer, I ask the Civilian if he wants him warned and go from there.
An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member? I bring him to an admin sit and tell him that it is FailRP to " RP defect". I then give him the appropriate punishment, a warning
You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this? Tell their higher officer or CMD and give him a warning. Then I return them to combine base. A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do? Permaban them, DDOS is not a joking matter and its illegal to do so. If they are raiding or threatening to do so I give them the same punishment.

What do you do? [/b]Check the rules and If I cant find anything bad about what they are doing I tell a higher staff and ask what I should do about it.
If this is still bland then IDK, I spent an hour writing and thinking about how to answer the questions more thoroughly to the point I don't know what else to write. I tried to answer the questions as straight to the point as I could while still being descriptive enough that they aren't as bland as last time. Thank you and I'd love to hear your feedback.
